Independent alpine gîte on two levels of 40m². Ground floor : Entrance (3 steps) via covered terrace (18 m²). Living room 17 m² with 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140x190), kitchen area (4 m²). Shower room & wc (4 m²). Duplex : 1 bedroom 18 m² with 3 single beds (90x190). Heating, refrigerator, gas cooking. Solar lighting (24 Volts only). Charges included. Tourist tax extra. Car park. Atypical stay in an Alpine lodge perched at 1200m in a 70 hectare green setting. This protected site (camping and outdoor fires prohibited) on the edge of the forest 4 km from the village includes three alpine gîtes for two to 6 people. Beautiful panoramic view of the Tinée valley from the plateau. Ideal vacation spot for nature lovers and mountain sports enthusiasts. The medieval village of Bairols, perched at an altitude of 830 m, is a true eagle's nest with an exceptional environment and unique, intact architecture. Access to winter sports resorts and the Mercantour National Park, leisure and services on the Côte d'Azur 50 km away. Alpine cottage in the heart of the protected site of the Plateau du Lac overlooking the Tinée valley
