Bathroom. Separate WC. Large loggia terrace offering a beautiful view of the entire valley. Swimming pool of the Bellevue Restaurant adjoining the Gîtes, available to Guests. Public parking. Electric heating. Including charges. Cleaning package on request. Tourist tax extra. Beautiful house comprising 6 Rural Gîtes in the heart of the small mountain village, at the gates of the Mercantour National Park. Adjoining swimming pool available. The town is particularly known for its pilgrimages to the Madonna of Utelle and its church, a listed historic monument. Near the Saint-Jean-la-Rivière bridge (10km) is the Vésubie canal which supplies the various villages as far as Nice. Possibility of numerous hikes, clues and canyons in the surrounding area...
