In the heart of Provence, at the foot of the southern slopes of the Luberon, this small hamlet is located a 3-minute drive from the shops of Lourmarin, a village listed among the most beautiful villages in France. An ideal location for visiting the Luberon and its villages: Lauris, Cucuron, Ansouis, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Gordes... From my house, you can walk directly into the countryside or go to Lourmarin (15 minutes on foot) or hike on the southeastern slopes of the Luberon... or rent bicycles in Lourmarin. My house (90 m² on one level) will charm you with its ambiance and its proximity to the village of Lourmarin. The house, garden, and swimming pool are private, with a parking space in the garden. The simple choice of furniture, objects, and wickerwork made from natural, biodegradable materials and/or recyclable metal adds an authentic and warm touch. The living/dining room/kitchen, bedrooms 1 and 2, and the small office/bedroom are all equipped with reversible air conditioning. The house is surrounded on three sides by a 900 m² garden; the last side opens onto a small cul-de-sac lined with gardens. All the rooms are bright and overlook the 900 m² garden, planted with drought-tolerant plants and shrubs requiring very little watering, and a natural Provençal lawn.

The living-dining room area opens onto a terrace shaded by an iron and straw pergola and the south-east garden. The kitchen area overlooks the northwest garden. The northwest garden features a large dining table and wooden chairs, plus a parasol. Bedroom 1 - facing the southeast garden, has a 160x200 cm bed and a chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 - facing the northwest garden, has a 140x200 cm bed and a wardrobe. A small study/bedroom faces the northwest garden, with a 90x200 cm bed and a closet. The study/bedroom is closed off by a sliding frosted glass door. Bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit. The toilet is Independent accommodation. Large, contemporary swimming pool (9 x 4 m), unheated, reserved exclusively for tenants, located in a section of the landscaped garden and sheltered from the wind by jasmine-covered walls on two sides. For your relaxation: 3 pool benches and 2 sun loungers on the sunny, tiled pool deck. The garage is not rented. You can park in the south garden in the free paved area in front of the garage. Large automatic gate opening onto the street. The hamlet and the house are peaceful and not intended for parties or noisy people. To preserve the tranquility of the property, I do not allow parties or gatherings. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. Pets are not allowed. The house is rented for a maximum of 4 people. The maximum sleeping capacity is 4 people. Other remarks: * A security deposit of €600 will be required upon arrival by check or bank transfer. * Swimming pool opening period: the swimming pool is closed from October 1st until the beginning of May, except in exceptionally cold weather. During this period, the swimming pool is covered.
