"Blue Palm Beach" is a beautiful modernized apartment with full sea views, next to the beautiful Port of Alcudia known for its long pier. Two people will be able to enjoy pleasant vacations in a luxury and comfortable apartment.



The apartment has been created and decorated with great taste and care, providing a very welcoming atmosphere. The living room with integrated kitchen is spacious and Mediterranean, its wide windows provide natural light throughout the day. In the luxury kitchen, you will find all the necessary utensils to enjoy culinary moments as a couple.



The apartment has a room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.



In the spacious balcony furnished with tables and chairs, you will be able to observe the sunrise over the sea or the sunset over the mountains, enjoy a good breakfast in the morning, sunbathe during the day or enjoy romantic nights.



The apartment is located in Puerto de Alcudia, a long promenade of boats where you will find restaurants, leisure shops, supermarkets... Blue Palm was phenomenal

Ideal Property Majorca was extremely attentive to a question I had during my stay (there weren’t many). Furthermore, the property itself was extremely clean, well stocked, and ideally located in the heart of Port d Alcudia. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for that sized property if they plan to venture to the area.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Blue Palm Beach

Spotless throughout and very well equipped apartment with everything you could need. Even snacks and milk, water etc were appreciated as a welcome gesture. The balcony is lovely and enough room to eatrelax and with a great view of the mountains and harbour. Great base to explorestay local. There is a small supermarket with everything you need. Alcudia Old Town is a must visit as well as the lovely beaches during your stay. Really couldn't fault our stay and would gladly return.

Everyting about the apartment was good and also the location with seaview. It was some noise fram construction work in the building. The outside of the building was not looking god.

ideal property was a lovely small apartment with everything we needed, it’s within walking distance to the beach / shops and of course the port.. only issue was that our patio door was broken so it didn’t lock.. and our neighbours above did nothing but bang around at night.. i did inform the host however they did nothing but tell me to ring the police which i thought was ridiculous.. the apartment was super tidy! i asked the host previously if they offered parking as we hired a car and they told they had street parking, no word of a lie it took us 10-20 mins to find a space to park every time we came back.. it isn’t what you want to be honest.

Aussicht von der Terrasse ist das Highlight

Tolle Lage direkt am Yachthafen. Sehr saubere Umgebung. Auch im Dezember noch sehr zu empfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt im Umfeld. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze im Umfeld. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Port Alcudia

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht auf den Hafen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, war bis auf das Sofa gut. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Ein Staubsauger würde die zwischenzeitliche Reinigung erleichtern.

Wie Zuhause

Habe 2 Wo dort verbracht. Da i Homeoffice arbeite konnte i die super Lage u die tolle Lage geniessen. Das Internet war spitze. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber, Hand-u. Badetücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Ich werde sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für Alles. Die Matratze ist nicht besonders bequem. Sonst war alles perfekt.

Tolle Wohnung mit Blick auf den Hafen

Mir hat die schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick über den Hafen sehr gut gefallen. Der erste Eindruck in der Wohnung war schon beeindruckend: Ich wurde mit einem großen Paket an Snacks und Getränken empfangen - toll. Die Wohnung war super-sauber. Sicherlich ist der Star der Wohnung ist der Balkon mit einem tollen Blick auf den Hafen, Promenade und die Berge. Man genießt die Sonne vom Aufgang bis zum Untergang den gesamten Tag. Aber ich habe auch die klug durchdachte Küche im modernen Design mit der sehr wertigen Ausstattung gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Ideal Property Mallorca verlief mehr als vorbildlich: Schnell, proaktiv, sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet.

Tolles Apartment in zentraler Lage

Eingang von der Straße etwas unscheinbar in ein Gebäude mit mehreren (Ferien-)Wohnungen, über einen sehr kleinen Aufzug o. die Treppe gelangt man den 3. Stock. Die Fewo liegt mit Blickrichtung Süden über den Hafen & die Bucht direkt an der Promenade. Der Balkon lädt auch im Herbst noch zum Frühstück & Abendessen in der Sonne ein. Tolle Ausstattung in der Küche & sehr schnelles Breitband Internet! Kleiner Supermarkt mit dem Wichtigsten quer über die Straße, viele gute Restaurants direkt um die Ecke Die zwei einzigen Punkte, die man beachten sollte sind zum einen die vielen Restaurants mit großem Außenbereich direkt unter der Wohnung (vorm Schlafzimmerfenster), welche bis spät abends (23-24h) noch eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse haben. Nicht dramatisch laut, aber deutlich wahrnehmbar. Zum anderen waren Ende Nov. kaum Straßenparkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar, es gibt aber kostenlose Parkplätze etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Die schnelle Abwicklung bei Ankunft. Die Lage der Wohnung. Alles war perfekt. Ein kleines Wäschegestell auf dem Balkon zum trocknen der Badebekleidung wäre eine nette Ergänzung. Sonst war wirklich alles vorhanden.

Appartement propre et bien situé

Un pack de bienvenue nous attendaient à notre arrivée. L'appartement est propre et le lit est confortable. Le balcon donne sur une vue magnifique sur le port, génial pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour confortable. La communication avec les hôtes était claire et réactive. Les hôtes sont aimables, ils avaient accepté notre demande pour quitter l’appartement à midi au lieu de 10h.

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour dans cet appartement

Des petits gâteaux et bouteilles de vin nous attendaient à notre arrivée. L’appartement est clean et le lit très confort. La terrasse est géniale, surtout pour prendre son petit déjeuner avec vue sur le port. Il y a la Clim, ce qui est un réel atout en plein été. Encore merci, c’était génial.
