Perfect spot

Beautiful house and so cozy, host set up the place like a luxury stay with fresh towels folded on the bed corner, and an assortment of toiletries like a razor and toothbrush. She came to say hi and make sure we were okay, the garden was beautifully blooming and it was so pleasant. Was close to a nice set of restaurants and if you are intrepid you could walk to a great view of Mt. Rainier

The perfect spot!

What a wonderful gem! Plenty of room, a beautiful outdoor space, a fabulously appointed kitchen, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean!

Great place

Nice cozy place to stay! Loved the location to downtown and right next to the VA hospital. Host was amazing and super friendly. 10/10 would recommend to stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

We chose this property as it was easily walkable to a music venue we were visiting. It was perfect for 3 (2 adults and 1child), clean and spacious, with lots of amenities and good parking. We also enjoyed the pizza and the dim sum and bubble tea restaurants that were recommended by the host which were just a quick walk away.

Heather was a lovely host. The apartment was beautifully designed and decorated. Everything about our stay was fabulous. It is apparent that Mid Beacon Farms is in tune with their guests needs. An added bonus were the fresh eggs left for us to enjoy! Thank you for being our home away from home!

Great adventure!

This lovely apartment was so convenient for our visit with family who live nearby. The home itself has bee remodel beautifully using the highest quality materials and fixtures. The owners live next store and are lovely people. They have a small urban farmstead on the two properties which added to the experience. Very convenient to all that Seattle and Beacon Hill have to offer.

2023 MLB All Star week

Great location for heading to the Sports arenas. Quiet neighborhood, free parking and comfy big king size bed. Heather is a very attentive host. Decor is very cute and uplifting. The kitchen had everything you could need if you wanted to stay in and cook. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The shower is pretty amazing too 😀 Mid Beacon Farm checked all our boxes ✅

A Real Gem!

We chose this property based on proximity to family, but it turned out to be so much more. Heather and Carma were delightful hosts, welcomed us warmly and were very responsive when we had questions. The apartment is spacious yet cozy, the bed incredibly comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathroom beautifully appointed. I wish we'd been there in summer to enjoy the herb garden more, but we were able to enjoy a sprig of thyme in our Christmas dinner. Our visit occurred during The Great Ice Storm of 2022 which caused a leak on the bedroom floor. Heather and Carma responded to my text within minutes (probably less than 5, but I didn't time them), the puddle was cleaned up promptly and the cause of the leak addressed. All in all we couldn't recommend this rental more highly. If we find ourselves visiting this part of Seattle again we'd definitely like to stay here.

A little gem in Seattle

This apartment was adorable and well appointed for our stay. It’s super modern and comfortable, and truly has everything you need, with beautiful grounds. They even had a basket with common items that people need and could possibly forget, such as Advil, toothbrush, etc. Those details go a long way! Before we arrived, Heather was super responsive and helpful - answered questions and suggested local restaurants (which are super close). We had a bit of an issue with the carbon monoxide alarm late night due to running the oven. It was a bit of a hassle and kept us all up as we were trying to figure out how to fix it, and thankfully came up with a solution after opening doors to let air in/out, etc. we spoke to Heather the next day, and found out that the oven can trigger the alarm if the hood fan is not running simultaneously. She was very apologetic and receptive to suggestions, and agreed that this should be noted in the instructions for future guests. They also refunded part of our payment because they felt so bad about it, which we sincerely appreciate. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation. Thank you!

Our stay was short and sweet. This is a very nicely redone “basement” apartment with a beautifully landscaped and private patio space. The host is very attentive, lots of nice amenities, and comfy bed. 10/10 recommend.

Beatifully well appointed and comfortable apartment. The location for us was great as we were only 10 to 15 minutes to Mercer Island or downtown Seattle. The host was great and very responsive to any questions. We will have no problem booking this place if we find ourselves staying in the area again.
