Il a été difficile de trouver le chalet : il faudrait préciser l'adresse.La chambre double est un peu petite.Tout le reste était très bien.

Bonjour, ​Je vous contacte suite à votre récent séjour dans notre chalet. L'état dans lequel vous avez laissé l'appartement (salle de bain non nettoyée, poussière, miettes, housses de lit et congélateur salis) est inacceptable et ne respecte pas les règles de propreté stipulées dans notre règlement intérieur. ​Compte tenu de ces manquements, je vous informe que nous n'accepterons plus aucune demande de location de votre part à l'avenir. De plus, nous avons officiellement effectué une demande auprès d'Abritel afin de facturer des frais de ménage supplémentaires pour couvrir les coûts nécessaires à la remise en état du logement. ​Cordialement.
