BATHROOMS The home offers 2.5 bathrooms with a combination of tub and shower spaces. Basic bath essentials, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, and hot water are provided. EXPLORE BRIAN HEAD Brian Head Resort, Giant Steps Ski Lodge and lifts, Navajo Ski Lodge, Brian Head Peak Overlook, and Hendrickson Lake Trailhead are all nearby. During ski season, the Navajo and Giant Steps sides of Brian Head Resort are connected, making it easier to explore more of the mountain. In summer, Brian Head transforms into a destination for mountain biking, ATV riding, hiking, fishing, and scenic mountain adventures. When you're ready for a bite out, local favorites such as Pizano's Pizzeria are nearby. BRINGING YOUR DOG? We’re happy to welcome up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs with prior approval. A $100 nonrefundable pet fee applies per dog, per reservation. To help us keep the home comfortable for everyone, we ask that dogs stay off beds and upholstered furniture and be crated if left unattended. Please pick up after your pets during your stay. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning. Please be sure to include your dogs on the reservation or contact us before arrival. Undisclosed or unauthorized animals may result in a $300 charge, plus any applicable damage or additional cleaning costs. WINTER TRAVEL Brian Head is a high-elevation mountain community, and winter weather can change quickly. Snow and icy conditions are common during the winter season, including on neighborhood and mountain roads leading to the home. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended for winter travel and may be necessary during active snow or icy conditions. Please check current weather and road conditions before heading up the mountain and arrive prepared for winter driving. Road and weather conditions are outside of our control. SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE For the safety and security of the property, there is a Ring doorbell camera located at the exterior entrance. The camera monitors the outdoor entry area only and does not view any interior or private guest spaces. GOOD TO KNOW This is a mountain home in a beautiful residential setting.
