Fantastic villa by the sea

The house is in the north on a hill, about 45m above sea level, right on Bang Po Beach, with only one neighboring house 10m away. The main street and the beach are about 5 minutes away on foot. It offers space for max. 6 persons.
There are several small restaurants and small supermarkets in the vicinity. The next larger town (Maenam) is about 5 km away.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (all with air conditioning + fans) and their own adjacent bathroom. Bed linen and towels are plentiful.


On the lower floor are the living room (equipped with TV, DVD, ADSL WiFi), dining room, kitchen (fully equipped) and a guest toilet. The living room leads to the terrace with swimming pool (with jacuzzi). The terrace is equipped with 6 sun loungers. You have a wonderful view over the sea.

Träume wurden war!

Das Objekt präsentierte sich so, wie vorab beschrieben, in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Durch Renate Lehmann fühlten wir uns stets sehr gut betreut und beraten. Die einmalige Lage der Villa läßt einen erholsamen Urlaub in privater Athmosphäre zu. Für etwaige Unternehmungen und zur allg. Mobilität ist die Anmietung von Fahrzeugen (PKW, Roller) jedoch dringendst zu empfehlen. Wenn einem doch einmal die Lust auf Jubel Trubel packt, ist die Bewältigung der steilen Bergauffahrt per pedis nicht anzuraten. Der Wiederholungsfaktor bei uns ist jedenfalls sehr hoch und so könnte es durchaus sein, daß wir das Objekt der Begierde sowie Renate übernächstes Jahr wiedersehen. MfG Fam. Bönisch aus Leegebruch
