Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Top-Lage

Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber sehr funktional eingerichtet. Viel Schrankplatz ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr hilfreich. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ideal, die Wohnung liegt in einer für Berliner Verhältnisse ruhigen Seitenstraße. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war alles wie beschrieben und vom Vermieter vorher mitgeteilt. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen (Paar). Die Übergabe und Rückgabe haben sehr gut geklappt. Wir schätzten die Nähe zur U-Bahn und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (vor allem Lebensmittel) in der Nähe. Bei einer erneuten Reise nach Berlin würden wir sofort wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Ideal for a couple for 9 nights

A perfect studio for a couple (we are young oldies, visiting friends in the area) in an exceptionally quiet residential area. On 5th floor with lift. Double, south-facing glazed doors open on to street, which was v pleasant during the long, hot June evenings. Clean with excellent, comfortable bed. We personally would have preferred a microwave to the oven (we don't cook on holiday!). We were very happy staying here and would go back again without hesitation. Thank you for making our stay in Berlin an enjoyable experience.

Abuse of Refundable Damage Deposit

I rented this apartment. I paid for 11 nights plus cleaning, payment service and refundable damage deposit. During the stay the plastic lock on the top of the washing machine broke. The owner was informed and he only went to the apartment the day of departure. The washing machine could never be used. The owner decided to buy a new washing machine with the refundable damage deposit and returned the balance four days after the delivery of the apartment. The owner used my money from the refundable damage deposit to buy a new washing machine. I communicated several times with the owner, making him see that it was not right for him to buy a new washing machine, charged to the reimbursable damage deposit, for the breakage of a plastic piece from an old washing machine. Finally, he threatened to sue me for harassment if he insisted on contacting him without legal assistance.

Die Wohnung ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Relativ ruhige Lage in der hecktischen Großstadt, ca 500m vom Kurfürstendamm in einer Seitenstraße. Parken in der Umgebung (eine Straße weiter) und abstellen der Fahrräder im Innenhof kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Jedoch wäre ein richtiger Tisch mit Stühlen anstatt des hohen Tisches und den Barhockern (wie auf dem Bild zu sehen) zum einnehmen der Mahlzeiten geeigneter, und die Küche ist mit Geschirr und Kochutensielien doch recht gering ausgestattet. Küchenschränke, Herd und Kühlschrank sauber und OK. Empfang mit übergabe der Wohnung war pünktlich, freundlich und reibungslos, ebenso die Abreise.
