Beautiful corner home on the hill near Carmel with hills and trees in an upscale neighborhood. Charming and spacious, recently redecorated, comforters and soft pillows. Private bathroom bathroom . View sunsets through the bay window. Skylight.New commercial grade wifi system. Walking distance to a shopping center. restaurants, Big Sur Marathon, Dog Show. 2 miles to quaint Carmel and beaches. Short drive to Golf tournaments, Concours D'Elegance, aquarium, Laguna Seca, Carmel Valley.

The owner has lived in the house almost 50 years. I enjoy welcoming guests and seeing them enjoy their stay on the Monterey Peninsula. Feel free to ask questions and explore the 1 1/3 acres of property. I am a retired business owner, teacher, property manager and corporate pilot. Now I ballroom dance, play tennis and explore the many sites the area has to offer.
Why they chose this property
Walk to shops, dining, grocery stores. close to quaint Carmel with galleries and fine dining. A 15 minute drive takes you to every destination on the Monterey Peninsula. Relax on the south facing patio with view of the mountains, hike the nearby trails surf the waves, view the dolphins and the passage of whales, skydive, play golf and tennis and the nearby Refuge Spa.
