Cadet House- full house only 5 minutes from AFA!

Recently bought this home, but with our children grown and mostly moved out we wanted to open it up to others to use as a place to gather in and make memories. The Cadet House is perfect for a family looking for a place to gather and celebrate Air Force graduation, or simply looking to experience colorful Colorado. It is 4400' square feet with five bedrooms and three and half baths. The Cadet House has a full kitchen, laundry washer and dryer, an outside lawn area with a grill as well as parking on the property for up to 6 cars. GREAT LOCATION in the Northgate area, bring your bikes and hiking shoes and enjoy the great outdoors.
-Several lakes in the immediate vicinity along many up in the mountains.
-There are many excellent hiking locations; Mt. Herman Trailhead, Palmer Lake Reservoir, Spruce Mountain, the Compassion International trails and the New Santa Fe Trail that stretches 17 miles across the front range.
-Enjoy the new Copper Ridge shopping area with great restaurants and shopping; Bass Pro Shop, Topgolf, Bourbon Brothers, Beasts and Brews, Dog Haus and many more.
-In addition we have the Interquest Commons / Marketplace which has Scheels Sporting Goods (think of a theme park crossed with a Dick’s and Bass Pro) along with many food options.
-Our favorite coffee shops are right outside our development within walking distance: Mission Coffee, and Loyal Coffee. Both are legendary in the city for their service and quality of coffee.
-Our favorite family restaurant is the locally owned Rosie’s Diner up in Monument. It’s a short 10-minute drive but well worth the massive pancakes and 50’s diner experience.
-The USAFA (5 mins away), new In-N-Out location (3 mins away), Denver Airport (1.5 hours away), Colorado Springs Airport (30 mins away), as well as 15 minutes to the charming town of Palmer Lake with the famous O'Malley's Pub, Bella Panini, 105 Social House, The Stube, and SpeedTrap another legendary local coffee shop.
-Annual Monument parade is only 10 minutes away on July 3rd and fireworks over Palmer Lake on July 4th in the evening.
This is a no-smoking residence, if you are to smoke inside our residence, you will be charged a $1000 additional cleaning fee.

Summer Family Vacation

The house was very comfortable, family friendly, spacious and well equipped. It was located to many family activities (Garden of the gods, Olympic Museum, Focus on the Family, North Pole and Scheels). All 11 of us enjoyed the stay and would return again.

Great multi-family house

Our entire family (13 people - 4 families) stayed at the Cadet House. So many rooms and spaces that everyone had space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The teenagers went walking each night and never worried about their safety as others were out walking as well.
