Great stay

Rental is nice and perfect for our 1- night layover from the cruise. The unit has everything we needed for the stay. Location is great to Disney area. The host was very good in communication throughout the stay.

One Night Stay

Property was decent. Older place. As soon as we got there last night we saw two roaches on the door to one of the bedrooms. Beds could use updating. For what we paid for the one night I was hoping it would be a little cleaner (ie. no roaches). Would not book again.

Spacious, clean, and so convenient!

This property was perfect for our family. It’s right in between Universal and Disney World (20 minutes to Disney!), which is GREAT after a full exhausting day. Would definitely recommend!

Good one night stay. Beds not comfy and loud neighbors from 3a to 5a fussing and fighting. Didn’t like bunk beds being in master

Stay before and after cruise

We stayed 2 nights before and 1 night after a cruise. The 2 nights before we were disappointed that we weren't able to use the pool because the code didn't work. The owner did try to make that right by offering a discount on the returning night which we appreciated. The price for this unit is very affordable and it is in a great location. We did find the unit cleaned to the best it could be. The problem is that the carpet is severely stained and should be torn out. The other main problem is the beds. They are the worst beds I have seen. Cheap box springs which squeak with ever movement and terrible mattresses. The other parts of the unit were perfect with the exception of the windows. We needed to keep the curtains pulled because you couldn't see out of them in the front because of the green moss all over them. I would stay here again and pay double the price if there were new beds and new flooring. As an owner myself, it wouldn't take much to make this 5 stars. If you need to save money, this is a great option.

Saturday day trip

The property was big and nice, but there were roaches in the kitchen and two of the bedrooms and the main bathroom in the hallway the tub would not drain. In the kitchen roaches came out of the sink and were by the stove, there was also two opened boxes of cereal in the pantry that were not properly closed. The TV in the bedroom on the right when turned on turned right back off so we were not able to watch it. The rating would have been much better if it were not for the roaches. Would not rent this location again.

This was a great stay. Very spacious. The kids had plenty of room to play games. Plenty of beds for all of us. Clean property with the comforts of home. Will stay again.

Great stay

Property was a great location. Very close to Disney. Older apartment but well stocked and super clean. Everything worked great even though appliances were on the older side. Pool and hot tub were great after a long day of walking.

Family place for Disney trip

We had a great experience staying here. It was a short drive to the Disney parks. Plenty of space all the family! No complaints. We would definitely stay here again on our next Disney trip.
