The newly built in 2010 Villa sun terrace has four tasteful, family-friendly apartments in sizes from 75 - 120 m². It is located on the outskirts of the small seaside resort Pelzerhaken in a quiet side street, about 300m from the main beach. Experience a sophisticated holiday, in a family environment, away from mass tourism. Our very young guests have a small playground in the back garden with sandbox and giant trampoline. In addition, you have a wagon for exploitation. If necessary, and availability (please inquire), we can provide a cot and / or highchair available free of charge. Each apartment includes a free parking space in front of the house. Motorbikes and sports equipment can be parked (locked up) in a separate garage if required. The small seaside Pelzerhaken located on a wide sandy beach facing south. You will find a well-designed beach promenade with boardwalks through the Baltic Sea dune landscape and a location on the main beach beach bridge. Various localities and restaurants invite you to linger. Dog in this property only in apartment 4 from October to March.

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 20:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Sehr saubere, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Das Objekt liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung nur 5-10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch der Bäcker sowie der Nahkauf sind zu Fuß einfach erreichbar. In Ort selbst und an der schönen Promenade gibt es einige schöne Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war erstklassig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
