Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as pictured and described. The atmosphere was quaint and private. We were located right by the beach and we could walk to several of our fav restaurants, shops, and social gatherings.

Sea and Sand New Years Stay

The condo was exactly as advertised. The location is great, a short 1 minute walk to the beach, and several fantastic eating spots within minutes of walking. The price was far cheaper than other units that were further from the beach. The pool was probably only used by our family (3 kids), which was awesome! They don't advertise this, but there were tons of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler left behind by others and available for guest use (located in the back of the property by the corn hole toss area). We also left a toddler swimmer for a future guest :) We will definitely stay again!

The location is great, but it needs some TLC furniture is getting worn and doors look dirty but they just need more than one coat of paint. bathroom tile was painted over and now the green showing thru. a block further still great location but more top of the line finishes.

Lovely visit to AMI

Property was great. Entire visit was great except I was given the wrong door entry code in the email sent on the date of arrival. Due to airline delay, I didn’t arrive at the condo until 11 pm traveling by myself. I tried the code multiple times without success. I called the emergency number provided in text and was given a code for the lock box and obtained a key to the door. I was not given the correct code until I asked about the problem in a text on 9/10/24. Then I was given the correct code. Better customer service would have been for the condo to research and contact me. Other than that hiccup, I enjoyed my stay in the condo.

PERFECT LOCATION!!! Highly recommend!

Me, my husband, and three teenage sons visited AMI in late July/early August. The flat was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed, including beach towels. We loved the two outdoor showers (one private and one for hosing off after the beach) and the small patio. The pool area was clean and decent sized. It was fun to see other families having a good time and it seemed like everyone had a "regular" pool time so it was easy to predict when it would be busy/quiet. The location is literally 50 steps from the beach with no busy roads to cross. It's also easy to walk to the tiny town for coffee, pizza, or ice cream. We enjoyed the little french bistro and the bar across the street (Harry's Bar and Grill?) for beers. The kids could take the free trolley up and down the island with no problem, or could walk to town to spend money. There's a little construction going on across the street, but it didn't affect us at all. Thank you for sharing this perfect home with us!

This is a small complex of six units with attractive private decks and a community pool. Each unit has a private enclosed shower surrounded by lush foliage...lots of hot water and great pressure! The Beachy theme of our home away from home was delightful! The queen bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The online photos portray everything accurately. We love this beach block street and the short walk till your toes hit the powdery white sand! We will be back...now looking ahead to 2019!

What a wonderful place! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable accommodations. Had everything we needed. Will definitely be back. I will now be referring to Anna Maria Island as Little Maui. It has everything to offer except the volcano and mountains! Sand n' Sea is quite a treasure.

This Spring Break was our 7th on Anna Maria and our 2nd at Sand 'n Sea Beach Flats ... simply amazing. The location is on the north end of the island ... 3 houses from the beach, 1 block from the Sandbar restaurant, right around the corner from ice cream - couldn't ask for much more. Our 3 boys love our trips to Anna Maria and have requested we stay at Sand 'n Sea from now on. They love the opportunity to hit the beach or stay back in the pool along with getting cleaned up in the outside shower. We've stayed now in two of the six units with friends stay in a third, they are perfect! Clean, spacious enough, plenty of linens, beach towels, kitchen items for cooking, gas grill for grilling and each unti has it's own private outside area with shower and washer & dryer. We highly recommend a stay!

This was our groups second year at the flats. What a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. The flats are comfortable and are roomy enough for a family. We are planning on coming back this year. Staying at Sand 'n Sea was simply "what the Dr. ordered". Accommodations were excellent. Clean, cozy and well maintained. The location was fabulous-with pool, beach and the center of town just a few steps away. Ownership was very attentive to our questions. Loved the outdoor shower and private deck.
