This house was perfect. The location was amazing. Right above the yummy donut and taco shop and a short walk to the beach and other shops.The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was fabulous.

The space directly above the local taco and donut shops was exactly as advertised! Clean, quaint, and perfect for our family of 5 that took full advantage of the private pool and 1 block walk to the beach. Can't wait to come back!!

I brought my daughter and a few of her friends to Anna Maria to celebrate her birthday. We had a great time and the location was perfect! The girls were able to go to between the beach and pool at their leisure. Restaurants and shops nearby were great! The place was clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

Perfect for two of us but would be wonderful for a family or two families. Three minute walk to the beach. Short walk to at least 5 restaurants, waffle-ice cream-donuts, pier, rental places for bikes-kayaks, historical museum and jail. The condo is beautiful, large, clean, and a great private pool. No noise from taqueria.

This place was fantastic. Well decorated, spacious and just lovely. Nice furniture! Outside seating was fantastic. Will be back! Upgrade recommendations- Throw blankets for living room. Outdoor TV. Ability to put AC a little lower.

Nice, bright, very clean rental property. Pro and con: situated over a tacqueria and a donut shop. Food and both places is excellent. A little bit of noise from the taco shop, but not that bad. Convenient to beach and several good restaurant/bars. Plan on bringing everything - not so much as a salt shaker, but they do provide linens and nice beach towels.

Great family vacation!

We had an awesome time!! The taco shop is delicious, and yet still feels private. We had a one year old and it worked well for him, though it’s upstairs the deck has a great safe gate so he couldn’t access the stairs or pool. The rental company was super responsive and we were able to rent a crib and high chair that they dropped off before we arrived. They had a beach wagon, chairs, beach umbrella, same toys. It was very well equipped! Definitely recommend!

The condo was in a great location and very clean. If you were flying in you will need to buy a lot of stuff. There was no hair dryer, no plastic ware for around the pool, no sand toys, umbrella, wagon to cart everything, cooler... The Mexican restaurant is loud at night while they're cleaning. Not unbearable though. The stairs would be difficult for someone who is elderly. All in all it was a nice place to stay. Very clean & great location.

We really loved this place! Unbeatable location. The only reason I can’t offer a 5-star is due to the pots & pans (awful. Can’t even fry an egg. We like to cook so this matters to us.) and the master bedding was ripped in multiple places. Assuming those easy fixes were addressed, I’d give it a 5 star, for sure. Consider NOT renting a car, rent a golf cart for the week instead.

Location is perfect

The house is above 2 restaurants. But that did not cause us problems. There had been a huge storm on day of arrival and the pool got trashed. I called and had someone out next morning. There was an annoying fire beeping alarming going off everyday and that really didn't get addressed during our stay despite my calls. I had to shut it off multiple times. Overall it was a great stay. Beds so comfortable I miss them! Plenty of room for us ladies. Would consider coming back if the alarm was addressed permanently.

The pool was a big issue and the fact that the gate didn’t have a look was not good for a family

When we got there we didn’t know where to park it’s not a very nice location with the tacos place down stairs!! The pool was always with dirty with leaves it was very annoying clean everything time ! The inside of the house was okay but the outside needs more work and Cleaning!! Algo the gate didn’t have a lock and it was not safe I had a toddler with me and the fact that anyone could open then door it’s not safe !

Listing was dirty and had termites alive and dead throughout the whole property! Notified Vrbo and AMI Accommodations and AMI offered us $250!! I spent thousands on this stay! We had to let an exterminator come into the house and treat the whole property during our stay! Exterminator said they had problems before on this property, specifically in the kitchen cabinets! The live bugs where in our clothes and inside the linen. I messaged the company AMI through Vrbo on the second day after my kids woke up with bugs on them and got no response. We had to try to get ahold of AMI Accommodations through text and driving to the company on the island. They sent a cleaning crew that just made the beds again! Dead bugs were still visible throughout!!!

Close to Beach - Needs cleaning

My goal for this vacation was to unplug and relax. The check in process made the perfect start. Unfortunately, upon entering the property I noticed a few things looked more than worn inside and out- peeling paint on the cupboards , stained railings, dirty tables, to name a few. The carpet in the living room was so matted I refused to put my bare feet on it. I reached out via VRBO to let them know, and didn't receive a response. This coupled with the sub par cleaning - moldy grout, dirty dishes and windows - left something to be desired. The location is noisy via being in business area. You have deliveries at 5 am , employees blowing leaves off the deck before opening, the noise of customers, and the closing process around 9pm. You are a block and a half from the beach...and this is what you are paying for.

House was great, location was perfect, however they claim to have a heated pool - when what they have is a heat pump that can heat the pool IF the outside air is warm enough. We booked this house knowing that FL in January could be cold/cool but figured the kids would at least have a heated pool to play in if it wasn't beach weather. It was cold and windy, therefore not beach weather, and the pool was NOT heated - in fact it got down to 65 degrees so the kids only got to enjoy it the first evening we checked in because it had been warmer earlier in the week before we arrived.

Pool is wonderful ☀️. Taco shop below was convenient and yummy! Management addressed any issues I had promptly. I did call about (things that I noticed upon checking in) with them mostly so I wouldn’t be liable for them. I believe they will be addressed for the next visitor, per manegement. Oh & the donut shop next door is heavenly!!

Beautiful and private place in the heart of Anna Maria Island

We enjoyed this property as it was right in the heart of Anna Maria above a donut and taco shop, but still felt quiet and private at the same time. The backyard and pool was well gated and felt very separate from the establishments in front. I also loved the front and rear balconies; the front balcony was perfect to relax and feel connected to the community below, while the rear balcony made it easy to have multiple adults watching the kids swim while we laid down the babies for naps. The home was very clean, well kept and was of good quality. During our stay a storm knocked power from one of our outlets (of course it had to be the wifi outlet) and although there were many others in the area with damage from the storm as well, we only had to wait a few hours before the tech came and promptly fixed the issue. Our only negative to the experience was the single parking spot as our family traveled from two states to stay together, so only one parking spot was problematic. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!
