This beach house has a gorgeous marsh/beach view and is tucked into a circle off of the main subdivision road. It is private, close to the pool and has a well equipped kitchen. We were able to easily walk to the beach access. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to come back!
I wanted to mention a few things for the property owners and future guests to be aware of. We started our stay with zero toilet paper but two rolls were dropped off the next day without us even mentioning anything. Also the coffee pot was not a common brand and required a special kind of filters (#4) and those were not provided which made making coffee difficult. There is also a keurig coffee maker but no keurig cups were provided either. Both were disappointing. I think providing a pack of filters that fit the coffee maker and a few keurig cups would elevate the experience and satisfaction as coffee is wanted by majority of guests. I also felt like the floors needed to be mopped better as the bottoms of our feet were brown after just a little while there. The beds were comfy and overall the place was clean! Overall our stay was good and we really enjoyed our quality time with family and experiencing the Beaufort area as first timers! We enjoyed eating at Sister Sister for lunch, Saltus for a fancy dinner, and Lowcountry Market & Cafe for breakfast, and really enjoyed Lowcountry Superior Coffee’s brown sugar iced latte in the July heat! Pool & beach access very close by and great amenities! Hunting Beach State Park was a bit nicer with bigger waves but does cost 8/per adult. Lastly, we drove to Habersham, which is about 20min from Beaufort and it is such a peaceful little community with a few restaurants, a coffee shop, & a small play area for kids. Thank you for our stay!

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your time with family, found the beds comfortable, appreciated the nearby pool and beach access, and had the opportunity to explore Beaufort and its wonderful local restaurants and attractions.
We appreciate you bringing the coffee setup and starter supplies to our attention. Your suggestions about providing the correct coffee filters and a few Keurig pods are valuable, and we'll be sure to share them with the property owner as we continually look for ways to enhance the guest experience. We also apologize that the floors were not cleaned to the standard you expected. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we will review this with our housekeeping team to ensure our high standards are consistently met.
We're glad we were able to get additional toilet paper delivered promptly and appreciate your understanding. Feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities to improve and better serve future guests.
Thank you again for choosing TideWatch Vacations. We truly appreciate your recommendations for future visitors and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back for another memorable stay in Beaufort.
We had such a peaceful time at this home. The view of the marsh and ocean is just perfect. The house is clean and has nice furnishings. Comfy couches and great TV. Walk to the beach was easy.
This splendid vacation home was perfect for our 5-week winter getaway. Besides being beautifully furnished, well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, the house has gorgeous views of the salt marsh and ocean. Unlike many other rentals, no golf cart is provided, but the beach is just 10 minutes away by foot. We would be thrilled to visit this property again.
Beautiful, comfortable home. Not your typical beach rental. The marsh view is breathtaking. We loved the area within easy driving of cute shops, great food, Hunt Island Park, Driftwood Beach, Beaufort, Port Royal, etc. Be aware that St. Helena beach is much more like being at the lake. The beach is quite a long walk, but beautiful with big hermit crabs everywhere, but due to its location there are no waves. We drove every day to Hunting Island Beach, just down the road, for real beach waves. TIP: GET A 7-DAY PASS! Worth it! It's not posted anywhere. There was no grill on the property. We missed having a blender for frozen drinks. The kitchen had conveniences like soaps and towels, but bring your own spices; there were very few. Overall we loved this house and our trip.
