Very clean. Lovely pool. Sad to see the Ft. Myers, Cape Coral and Sanibel area still suffering from the destruction of Ian.

Nice house, not a lot of privacy

Home was beautiful, very nice, clean, and homey. The lock to get in was fantastic, and the place was wonderful. The neighbors were close, and not a lot of privacy. Neighbor on the street behind the house was in a band and played every night (hard rock, yelling, not great)

Great Vacation!

We rented last minute on a brand new listing. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. House was very clean. The owners of the property had thought of everything. There was lots of things for the pool or beach. The one king bed was medium firm and the other king bed was soft. This was perfect for our needs, as we had very different preferences for beds. A book was provided with lots of information on the area. We love the Cape and we not think twice about coming back.

Amazing Week May 3-10th

We had a beautiful week, with the best of weather and the most beautiful home. Everything you could possibly need was at our finger tips. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful pool/hot tub and outdoor area. Super comfortable beds and the "Mom" bonus was having a washer/dryer available, it allowed us to cut down on packing! Literally minutes from restaurants, groceries and approx 35 minutes from the airport. We went to Sanibel Island through out the week and it was a solid 35 minute trip. Highly, tecommend a day at the Naples Zoo if you have Littles. Also highly tecommend going to Sanibel and just drive it from one end to the other. We swam and shelled before noon and shopped and ate during the afternoon. Take a change of clothes! Nick was a great host and we literally can't think of a single thing that could of been better. Highly recommend and we look forward to next year!

Perfect family getaway

We had a great time at the house! The kids spent a ton of time in the pool and the extra toys and towels were great additions to the amenities! The bedroom and bathroom setup worked out great as well! Nick was very responsive in communication and we appreciated the opportunity to access the house a bit early! Thank you for a great stay!
