Great hosts and property!

We had a wonderful experience with Minted. Marissa and Joe were excellent hosts and the property was perfect for our group. We would absolutely stay with them again!

Best Place in Brigantine!!!

I loved Beachside Villa!!! The place is so clean & just like the pictures!! Great for large groups or families and not far from the beach!!! I will be booking again.

Weekend Getaway

House was perfect for our large group of 13 adults with plenty of space for everyone. They have a bar room on the first level with double sliding glass doors to the pool and hot tub area which was my group’s favorite space to hangout. Awesome host and property!

2024 Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachside villa. We had 8 adults and 5 children and fit comfortably in this generously sized house. The bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate multiple families. The walk to the beach was quick and the house is centrally located around various restaurants, shops and ice cream We would definitely rent again!

Great week in Brigantine!

Fantastic house in fantastic location! Everything as shown on the pics! Lots of room for the kiddies to spread out. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub when not on the beach. And a working elevator! What more could you ask for? Property manager professional and super responsive! Would stay again for sure!

Already looking forward to our next stay!

We cannot say enough about our vacation spent at this home! From our first impressions of the landscaping to the cleanliness of the house to the personal touches throughout.. it is amazing. Let’s not forget that it is located minutes from the beach. And our Host Marissa could not be more accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that we may have had. We are all still talking about how much we enjoyed staying here and are looking forward to doing it again!

Beautiful Home!

We are so grateful to have stayed in such a wonderful home during our visit to AC for a conference. It provided room for our entire team to attend and stay together. Great Christmas Vacation

My family and I wanted to do something different this year for Christmas and decided to rent this house. We are so happy we did! It was beautiful and accurately described in the listing. The owner was so responsive and we had the best time. We would definitely recommend!! What a beautiful property seconds away from the beach!

Great property with tons of space.

The property is huge with many beds, decks and rooms. We had a blast using the pool table and games on the lower level. Any questions I had were quickly answered by the owner. The place was very clean and well kept. I would certainly recommend it to family and friend!

Fantastic home away from home

This was the perfect home for a family beach vacation! The house was clean, well appointed, and had all of the amenities we could ask for. Plus you could not ask for a better location - just a block from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and parks. Communication with the hosts was great leading up to and throughout our stay. They were incredibly responsive and detailed. Thank you for a wonderful place for our family to make new memories together!

Great place in Jersey shore!

We had a wonderful and blessed time in this beautiful home! The place was clean and spacious with new interior furnishing. The closeness to the beach was fantastic for walks in the mornings and evenings for adults. Kids enjoyed boogie boarding all day at the beach. The owner of the house, Mark, was kind and very responsive. We made wonderful memories.

My family and I have been coming to Brigantine for many years 13 of us plenty of room for all of us Great location walked to the beach every day the game room kept us entertained when we’re not on the beach fantastic view from the third floor had everything we needed highly recommend staying there

Party at the beach

This is a great property for a large group. We had 21 and everyone was very comfortable. The property contains everything you would reasonably expect it to have. Check in and communication with the owner was easy and very pleasant. Great stay.
