The NO SMOKING apartment (70 sqm) Ground floor with terrace, has contemporary comfort and hardwood floors. The living room is equipped with a color TV and a CD / MD radio, in the bedrooms you will find a clock radio, in the bathroom a hair dryer. About cables you receive all popular television channels. The normal kitchen equipment with dishes, Pütt and Pann, glasses etc is complemented by a microwave. You will also find coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, el. Hand mixer and microwave dishes. The apartment also has an oven with 4-burner stove and a dishwasher. On the ground floor is available for all guests a washing machine and a vented dryer (coin) available. The house with its three different sized apartments located on an approximately 800 sqm large, loose pine-covered terrain on the edge of a public mixed forest through which you downhill, the Baltic coast with its sandy beach in about 10 minutes. It is situated in a quiet location at the end of an unpaved road with no through traffic (dead end). For the four-legged friends, there is a separate dog beach. In the opposite direction you need about the same time to get to the backwaters with the yacht club Zinnowitz.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
