To avoid disturbing emissions, animals and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment. The penthouse and two car parking spaces are easily accessible via elevator accessible. The bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds. The bathroom has a private sauna (with samarium). The covered, south (sea view) oriented balcony connects to the open plan living room with dining area, kitchen and fireplace. With the final payment 14 days before arrival and a deposit of € 250.00 is due.
