The apartment has a terrace, parking space and a separate entrance and is tastefully decorated and functional. She is quiet, but centrally located in the seaside resort Ückeritz. After about 5 minutes on foot you reach the train station, the Sparkasse, an Aldi and Edeka market, restaurants and a snack.

Holiday:
The 32 square meter apartment has a cozy living / dining area with a sofa bed, DVD / TV (48 inches), coffee table, dining table and chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and toilet. In the kitchen you find from the microwave on freezer until saucepan everything you need for cooking. The entire apartment has laminate or Tiles as flooring and is heated by underfloor heating. Furthermore, it is equipped with external blinds. You would like to enjoy the breakfast outside? No problem. On the cozy terrace is a super breakfast and enjoy the morning sun. the initial bed linen and towels is included in the rent.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
