Spacious Beach Condo Getaway!

Our beautifully designed, newly updated condo is located directly across the street from a public beach walkway and within walking distance of many popular restaurants and bars.

Our condo is fully equipped with AC, washing machine/dryer, a kitchen with cookware and an enclosed balcony. There is an outdoor propane grill located near the pool cabana for guest use.

Heated pool & tennis court on site.

Great Stay and close to the beach

Wonderful experience, very nice and clean Condo ! 6 nights and wish I could have stayed longer . Owners were great with communication and got back with me quickly when I had questions and she also gave me some recommendations for bike rentals . The Beach stuff at the Condo was a Bonus ! It has everything you need for a Beach day . Definitely will stay there again .

A perfect place to stay on Marco!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Seaview 206! So clean, well-kept and comfortable. We wanted for nothing. It felt just like a home away from home and you can tell the owners truly care about their property. The location is superb. No worries about finding parking for South Beach. It’s a 5-minute walk across the street and there are crosswalks so it’s very safe. And it’s a great location for easy access to the rest of Marco. The best part was the wonderful responsive host. She had excellent communication and I felt that she really cared about our experience. We loved our trip to Marco and would absolutely stay here again!

Marco Island vacation

My family enjoyed our vacation at this condo on Marco Island. Very clean, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Updated with new appliances and furniture. Towels and bedding are very clean and of good quality. The condo has everything that is needed for homelike stay. The owner is very responsive and available to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The process of checking in and out was a breeze. The condo has plenty of beach gear including the wagon which was important for us. The building where the condo is located has an elevator, propane grill and nicely maintained pool. Close to public beach access. Loved our stay at this condo!
