⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved staying at 30A Ave! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable. The location truly couldn't be better — right over wonderful restaurants and shops, which made everything incredibly easy and fun. It's also just a short walk or bike ride to Seaside and everything along 30A. We couldn't have picked a better spot and would gladly stay here again!

Great location !

The property was a great location. It was clean and well decorated. We enjoyed local food , the seaside community and the wonderful ocean and beach club. Things that could be improved ; 1. not enough bath towels. 2. Add beach towels. ( its a beachside rental) 3. Handle in the master shower fell off. 4. There is a coffee maker and keurig machine but no coffee or pods. Any place i have ever stayed has a small amount for your first day until you can get to the store. 5. TV outside did not work 6. Tv’s inside were dated and connectivity issues each time they were used. All in all, a good rental.

Watercolor stay

A very nice but dated two bedroom condominium with good balconies close to the Watercolor Inn. The insinkerator was broken upon arrival and no one came to fix it during the stay but we ate out for our meals. The owners left beach chairs and beach umbrellas which was very helpful because the Watercolor beach chairs were reserved by owners or other visitors several weeks or months in advance. First come beach chairs sold out in 15 minutes. The fitness center has been removed and replaced with another clothing store. There are no plans to replace it. Grayton fitness center is nearby but it is only open 8 am to noon on Saturday and Sunday.

Enjoyed this great location on 30A. Make sure you go downstairs to Scratch for breakfast every morning. Easy access to the beach and great restaurants.
