Beautiful and great location

This was a perfect location to trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Great neighborhood and accurate listing. Hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay, providing suggestions and tours and making sure everything was up to our expectations.

Fantastic Location

This property is as advertised. Communication was very easy. The location is perfect. It is between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. With a fantastic coffee shop around the corner. We had a really pleasant stay.

Beautiful apartment in the best location

Very pleased with the apartment. Beautiful! Described accurately, it was exactly what we needed. Excellent, really excellent location. We were at a walking distance from everything we wanted to see. My contact person Anna was always there for any questions I had. I highly recommend this place.

Comfortable Chic Apartment in Rome

Live like a local in a great location, near to the sights. The apartment is HUGE for being in the city center. And, it is exactly as the photos show--no surprises. We walked everywhere, great restaurants are also close by. You will love it!

Great Choice

We had a great 6 nights in Rome and this property is a fantastic location choice. The unit itself has everything you possibly need and Anna is always available if you have questions. The layout of the unit is very nice and I can't think of anything I would change, the balcony is great to have. I don't think you can go wrong choosing this property.

No service and no help with problems

Rides to the airport were never booked, which caused us alot of stress, and not getting our luggage on the plane. this happened twice. there was no hot water, and a leak on the bathroom floor from the sink. never go the hot water, and sink was fixed at the end of our stay.

Pretty but difficult

Driving in a foreign country from Florence to arrive on time ...4 pm is difficult. Then we said we would be there at 6 p.m and were told we would need to pay 50 euros more. Then we got stuck in the Rome traffic and drove directly and was a bit pass 6 pm. Now they want 100 euros extra. Problem, we needed to go to the ATM. They were angry. Then the entire time the A/C did not work. They first said it was the building, then they said we were not using the remote correctly. They offered ot come the last night, which at that time we just said forget it. It is not near the Spanish steps. It is nice, but not enough for all the nonsense we went through. We had 2 cars. There is no where to park..no where. Drove for 2 hours just trying to get parking. Over all a horrible experience.

Spectacular

Everything was spectacular immaculate. Perfect. In every way definitely would stay again. Everything was perfect. Beds were comfortable, easy accessible centrally located. If you’re considering staying anywhere in town, I would definitely put this on the list of the first few to pick. It was fabulous.

Exceeded Expectations

Wonderful property in a beautiful city. Anna, our property host, was amazing and bent over backwards to make sure our experience was perfect. She was incredibly responsive and helped us book tours, find restaurants, tennis courts - everything we wanted. We plan to visit Rome again, and we will most definitely look to book the same property.

You won't go wrong with this choice!

The location was perfect for us. We saw a side of Rome we had never experienced before. We felt like locals. Host Anna gave us great restaurant and shopping recommendations that we would never have found.5 min walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Bedding was excellent with the most luxurious linens provided.

Location Location

A wonderful experience. Anna was a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment was as pictured and a great place in the middke of Rome. We were a few minutes walk frim the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Minutes from most anywhere in Rome through Uber. We will return here the next time in Rome!

Wow! Amazing apartment

Very cool place, stayed for 2 days with our 9 and 11 year old daughters. As my 9 year old said “OMG this is a rich person’s house!”. Lots of space for a 2 bedroom, super high (14 foot?) ceilings, it feels very open and spacious. We were stuck inside for a morning due to rain and it was a perfect place to be “stuck” during the rain, had a leisurely breakfast and with all the space and white nothing felt gloomy. All the basic host stuff (communication, arranging airport transportation, etc) was well done too. Good location. We’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect!

We loved our stay at this apartment. The location is ideal - close to everything and lots of restaurants in the area. The apartment is beautiful - exactly as pictured in the photos. Everything was so comfortable - the beds and pillows especially. And plenty of towels was much appreciated. The bedrooms are well separated which is nice. The windows must be well-insulated, we heard very little noise from the street. Since it was winter, we didn't make much use of the beautiful balcony - but wished we could have. Anna was so wonderful to deal with - she gave us so much information and was very helpful with arranging transportation. She was very responsive and helpful. We had a perfect stay there - and I would highly recommend it.

Well located luxury.

Located basically midway between the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, this well renovated quiet apartment met the needs of our party of three perfectly. Management was also very responsive and accommodating.

Traveling A Few Days w Friends

Stayed a long weekend over the Ryder Cup weekend… Anna was amazing, helping arrange airport transport and working for convenient check in. The apartment was perfect for two couples, close to the metro and the city center. Clean and well appointed. It was a perfect hub for our Rome exploration!

Amazing location

Awesome location and beautiful accommodations. Anna was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. She helped coordinate private pick up and drop offs which made coming to Rome incredibly stress free! Perfect place for 2 couples. The balcony was 100% for morning coffee or evening wine. Would definitely stay there again!

Very very nice!

This was an exciting place to stay. It is between the areas of the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. The flat is equipped with everything you need except food and beverage, but there is a grocery store around the corner. Its a busy and noisy corner of Rome, but the insulated doors and windows superbly knock out the sound when closed. There is an elevator! We were there during a heatwave of 107F, the air conditioning system is heroic and kept the Yanks at our required temperature of 68F. Management is always available to assist or answer questions, they even arranged for our pick up at FCO with a driver that was $50 less than Uber. The place has a lot of style and can be several different things if you need it to be.

Perfect

The pictures don't lie. Place is beautiful and spotless. Very spacious, glass doors that lead out to a big terrace that gives you a great view of the city. The apartment complex is well maintained, quiet, and very safe. Could not ask for a better location. 5-minute walk to Trevi and Spanish steps. You are in the middle of everything. I will be recommending this to anyone that goes to Rome.
