Kein schönes Erlebnis

Unser Urlaub in Dänemark begann vielversprechend mit einem unkomplizierten Check-in und einer schönen Lage in Egernsund. Leider war der Zustand des über Novasol gebuchten Ferienhauses eine große Enttäuschung. Das Haus war stark verschmutzt, kalt, und von einem modrigen Geruch durchzogen. Textilien wie Couch und Decken rochen muffig, die Abflüsse ebenfalls stark, und Haare sowie Müll vom Vormieter fanden sich in den Räumen. Geschirr und Töpfe waren unbrauchbar, und es fehlte ein Staubsauger für die Reinigung. Besonders frustrierend war die fehlende Reaktion des Gastgebers auf unsere Beschwerden. Nach zwei Tagen sahen wir uns gezwungen, den Aufenthalt abzubrechen. Obwohl die Umgebung reizvoll war, können wir dieses Ferienhaus aufgrund des schlechten Zustands und der mangelnden Kommunikation nicht weiterempfehlen. Novasol sollte dringend die Qualitätskontrolle verbessern, umsorfahrungen zu vermeiden

Urlaubsfreude trifft auf Alptraumhaus

Kurz und knapp, ein Desaster!!! Unsere große Freude auf einen erholsamen, schönen Urlaub wurde bei unserer Ankuft jeglich zerstört. Schon am Eingang konnte man erahnen, dass es wohl etwas schmuddelig ist. Der Eingangsbereich war mit Spinnweben und Dreck versehen. Schon beim aufschließen kam uns ein muffeliger Geruch entgegen und dieser war leider auch in jedem Raum vertreten. Die Kinder sind gleich in die Schlafzimmer... ein Graus. Sehr stark verschmutzte Matratzen und Kopfkissen. Das Badezimmer eine Katastrophe. Eine Dusche mit stark verschimmelten Holzbalken. Der Lüfter hing kaputt an der Decke und der Heizradiator verrostet. Von der Toilette sprechen wir besser nicht. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer waren schmuddelig. Kaputtes Geschirr wurde einfach im Schrank umgedreht. Das Spülbecken war kaputt. Spülen ging nur in einem großen Topf. Im Sofa haben wir Lakritze und Schokolade gefunden... Was soll ich sagen. Wir haben zwei Tage mit putzen und Fenster reinigen verbracht. Was wir aber richtig unverschämt gefunden haben, war, dass bei unserer Ankunft ein Mitarbeiter ins Haus kam. Wir haben alle Mängel aufgezeigt. Nach langem hin und her, hat er den Topper- Bezug von unserem Bett zum reinigen mitgenommen. Er wollte es am nächsten Tag zurück bringen.. und.... er kam nicht. Wir haben ihn nicht wieder gesehen. Es wurde auch kein Stromzählerstand notiert. Wir haben alles bildlich festgehalten. Das hätte uns sonst keiner geglaubt.
