We had an absolutely beautiful stay! Robin was absolutely amazing and was such a quick communicator! Everything was just as listed and when I ran into an issue Robin was there to fix it with just a couple hours.

The views were absolutely amazing. The house is gorgeous. Everyone loved it. We didn’t see bear on property but did see 2 bears at other places on the street. Saw at least 3 deer on it too,

This cabin was as shown on the site. It was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for anything better. I have stayed at many other cabins in Gatlinburg, but this one was the absolute best. I was very impressed with the fact that the host provided along with a hairdryer, heated curlers. The best thing for me was the adjustable bed! I have never, ever had an adjustable bed at any other place. This was an added bonus for me.The kids enjoyed the playroom arcade, plus the projection screen downstairs where they could either play games on or watch movies. It was wonderful.We didn't see any bears near the cabin, but one crossed our path right after we turned down the road to go into town. That was the highlight of our stay.We can't say enough good things about this place, other than to say we loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cabin in the Clouds. The pictures are accurate. The great room made a wonderful gathering space with big window views of the mountains. Bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at the house. (Although we highly recommend Trisha's Cafe for breakfast or lunch) Robin was a highly responsive host and touched base with us to alert us to some busy bear cubs. Our dogs enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. (We did have one bear sighting on our walk around 9:30 am.) Quiet neighborhood, stunning views and conveniently located.

This cabin is phenomenal! Communication with the host was great as well. The view was spectacular. The cabin is clean and very spacious. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking supplies. We loved the location as it was easy to get to Downtown Gaitlinburg.

Stayed with our family for 8 days. House was very clean, had everything we needed and a view that is unbelievable. We loved starting our day enjoying a cup of coffee on the decks with the view and ending it curled up with a real wood burning fireplace or movie on the big screen! The host is extremely responsive and we can’t wait to come back!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The cabin was beautiful. Our host was excellent and was easy to reach and responded timely when we had questions. I would absolutely stay here again. My only comment would be for those who might be traveling with little children. The stairs to the lower level are steep and there is not a door at the top of the stairs. This turned out to not be a major issue for us because son and daughter-in-law brought a baby gate. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The view was stunning, especially with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise, and the house was perfect for our party of 8! The room downstairs with the projector and karaoke machine was the biggest hit with our family. It’s the perfect in between spot if you’re wanting to go to gatlinburg or pigeon forge. Robin was great, very easy to get ahold of and extremely helpful!
