Hot Springs lakefront 2 bedroom condo 4 miles to Oaklawn and with boat slip!

Looking for a getaway to Hot Springs, come to Lake Hamilton @ the Landing where you can enjoy incredible lakefront views and all that Hot Springs has to offer. The Landing, a gated lakefront community, is centrally located, minutes from the Oakland casino and horse park, beautiful downtown Hot Springs, Hot Springs off-road park, hiking, restaurants, shopping and so much more.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 king sized beds, a queen sofa sleeper, a fully stocked kitchen, smart home amenities like Nest, Ring and wireless chargers, internet, and did I mention an incredible lake view?? Enjoy the lake out on our balcony which is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. We also have a boat slip available if interested in renting a boat. Happy to provide recommendations on boat rentals and location for easy access to Lake Hamilton. The Landing offers a community pool, pickle ball courts, a veranda and did I say, right on Lake Hamilton? :-).

A few things to note:

Because we are right on the water of this community, the parking lot has some steep areas.

We are also a top floor condo so there are a few steps to get to the upstairs condo and there are a few steps to get down to the docks and water.

Since the Landing is a private, gated community, upon booking and check-in, we will provide the gate code as well as access information for our condo.

Also remember, you are on an island and while we have internet and WiFi to use, it can sometimes be on island time so have grace if speeds are slow or downloads are taking a bit.

Great Stay!!

We travel a lot and this is our new all time favorite vacation rental. The location, amenities, views, cleanliness, and decor were all 5-Star!! The owner did an excellent job communicating all the information we needed … from the booking process, check-in, recommendations during our stay, to checkout! Had such a nice stay on Lake Hamilton! The condo is clean, cozy and amazing views! Every sunset should be seen from that balcony. The property is perfect and well kept - the condo had everything we needed! The owners were attentive and gave us fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to eat! 5 Star stay!

This condo is exactly as represented; lots of nice touches, well-decorated, clean, convenient to shopping and downtown. Host was ultra-responsive when we had a question. Beautiful lake views. The area is quiet and safe. We wanted a peaceful respite from our northern winter, and this was perfect.

Beautiful condo with spectacular views

The condo was perfect. Everything was as stated in the description. The views were amazing at sunset. We stayed Memorial Day weekend and they even popped fireworks on the water right outside of the condo. We had a great time sitting on the balcony watching the show. The host was very responsive in answering any questions as well. We definitely will be staying again.

Great family stay on Lake Hamilton

This condo was great, clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Super good location on the lake with great balcony views to watch the boats and sunsets! Everything you would hope for for a week stay for our family of four; close to downtown, casino, and many great restaurants as recommended by our hosts. Enjoyed our boat rentals on Lake Hamilton one day and another day on Lake Ouachita which is a beautiful, natural state park. We practically had the lake to ourselves on a weekday. Great condo

Perfect condo for 2 couples- had a LOT of extras that made our stay comfortable! We have stayed in many vrbo’s that were bare bones and truly appreciate the thoughtful touches in condos like this. Both king beds were very comfortable. Baths had plenty of nice towels, tissues, cotton face pads, large toiletries in shower,etc. We like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and then some (spices, baggies, foil, etc). Traeger grill worked great. Balcony has a terrific sunset view. Adirondack chairs with overhead fan was a favorite spot to sit. This is near the marina which made it easy to rent a boat and park in our own covered assigned slip. We play a lot of pickleball and the courts here are ok. The sport court surface is fine for casual play but won’t get true players excited. It was also covered in a lot of debris- pine needles, sticks, etc and needed to be cleaned. The nets were indoor nets and not handling the weather and need to be more industrial for outdoors.

We are the Hissim Family, welcome to our condo. We fell in love with Hot Springs immediately - the quaint town, the history, the outdoors, the hospitality, the casino, the horse racing, and the people - it's a hidden gem and we are grateful for the opportunity to purchase a condo right on the lake. We love to hike, kayak, fish, jet ski and Jeep so Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton was the perfect spot for a vacation home. Kyle and I have been married for 25 years, have 2 daughters, Morgan and Macy who study at Purdue and University of Kentucky so Hot Springs has become our little peace of heaven and escape from the craziness of life. We hope you love the area as much as we do and of course the LAKE!

Why they chose this property

The Landing is close to everything whether downtown, shopping, the casino, hiking trails, or the off-road park, we loved the little Island and what it had to offer. Lots of great little restaurants around the condo too which we love.

What makes this property unique

Also the community is gated, has a pool, pickleball courts and veranda not to mention lakefront! Our condo has one of the most beautiful views of Lake Hamilton, the sunsets are gorgeous.
