Fully equipped 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, entire 1st floor of a two floor house, direct access to water, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, and the beach. Easy drive to Newport, Providence, Tiverton, Little Compton, Bristol, Warren and Fall River. Boston and Cape Cod are only an hour’s drive. Colt State Park, with its beautiful bike trails along the bay is only 10 minutes away. Only a short drive to near by vineyards.
