Conveniently located in the charming Newpark area, it’s just a short walk to restaurants, nightlife, a grocery store, shopping, and entertainment.
Perfect for families, the townhome features:
Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and large flat-screen TVs.
Master: Cozy king bed and private balcony access.
Guest: Two twin beds or one king—your choice (please specify).
A sofa sleeper in the living room and a third full bathroom on the main level for added convenience.
A private deck with a gas BBQ for outdoor dining.
Guests can also enjoy the nearby Basin Recreation Center (walking distance), offering a lap pool, hot tub, and fitness classes for a small daily fee.
