Your holiday at the lake - even your dog will be happy This recently renovated in 2014 holiday home is located on Schwerin's outskirts. Behind the main house, the corresponding approximately 11 acres of land with the total of six cottages. On a large summer meadow there is a small play area for children and in the beautiful garden there is a small lovingly landscaped pond. What belongs to a "house on the lake"? The holiday complex is located directly on the southern shore of the Schwerin Lake and offers holiday makers a freely available swimming area and an in-house jetty. Holiday house in Schwerin - newly renovated & modern equipped In the Finnhütte is on two levels on a total of 60 square meters comfortably accommodate 2-5 people. On the ground floor you will find the bathroom, the kitchen - including the dining area - and the living area with direct access to the terrace. On the upper floor you can make yourself comfortable in two separate bedrooms, with a double bed in a semi-open room and two single beds in a separate room. In the modern shower room is a hair dryer available, which saves space in the travel bag in any case. The modern fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave, has a generous dining area. Here you can easily prepare your meals and sit comfortably together. The large living area has a large seating area and a flat-screen TV for common TV viewing. On the fully furnished terrace, including a barbecue, nothing stands in the way of the convivial barbecue evenings. From here you also have a wonderful view of the children's play area and enjoy the view over the water. Internet and parking are of course free of charge. On request, we also offer a travel cot and a high chair for free use. Resort Schwerin - multifaceted & relaxing The holiday home is a perfect starting point to discover the Schwerin Lake District - whether as a hiker, cyclist or boat. Depending on availability, a bicycle or boat rental service is available. If arranged in advance, a private boat can be brought along and can be accommodated at the in-house jetty. Anglers can pursue their hobby with the appropriate tourist fishing license. If the weather does not play as planned, there are many alternative recreational opportunities in beautiful Schwerin. Coveted excursion destinations, such as climbing forest, zoo, a Kindertobeland or a miniature golf course are even within walking distance. The magnificent Schwerin Castle is only 3 kilometers from Haus am See and the Zippendorf beach is only 3 kilometers away. A bus stop is nearby, so you can easily use public transport. For trips outside the state capital, the A14 motorway is only 2.5 kilometers away. A supermarket, a bakery and a butcher are just steps away from the property. The Haus am See welcomes families as well as couples or business travelers and also your four-legged friends!
