It is located on the ground floor of a residence situated at the entrance of the village of Evolène, on the Sion side. 6 minutes walk from the center. Car access summer-winter. 1 parking space in the common open parking of the residence. Bus stop 50m away.

Beautiful living space including a living room with a sofa bed for two people (2 beds of 80/190), open and well-equipped kitchen area and dining area, with access to the terrace and garden. On the lower ground floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90/200) with also an exit to a second terrace. Bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.
Equipment and miscellaneous: Cable TV and WIFI. Central oil heating. Common laundry room with washer and dryer, private ski locker.
Pets allowed upon prior request and for an additional fee.
Bedding: 4 bolsters (40/70), 4 duvets (135/200).
