Newly remodeled home with large pool and backyard. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms total. 4 bedrooms and 2 bath in main house, plus 1 bedroom 1 bath in private guesthouse. Located only 9 miles from Universal Studios, 29 miles to Magic mountain , 44 miles to Disneyland and 30 miles from LAX airport! Perfect spot for family reunions. There is a total of 8 double bunk beds. Parties or events NOT allowed
