New, airy and light- filled three bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse in one of Santa Monica’s most charming and safest neighborhoods, Sunset Park. A duplex townhouse with only one shared wall, and tons of private outdoor space makes it feel like a single-family home yet in the heart of all the cute boutiques, restaurants, and shops on Ocean Park, and a stones throw from Clover Park, known to be one of Santa Monica’s best parks. It’s also a straight 5 minutes to easy access tower 26 beach. Indoor:outdoor living with our 1200 square-foot roof deck which includes a ping-pong table and outdoor dining and living room areas. Indoor Living areas are surrounded by patios and light and feels like Treehouse with wide open vistas in every direction. Bedding and linens are top-of-the-line and kitchen is more than fully equipped for people who love to cook. There is a barbecue on the patio just outside the kitchen and a small patio downstairs adjacent to the office/3rd bedroom with weights. Central A/C and a gas fireplace for chilly evenings. Plenty of games, books and toys for kids. Home is light and bright and beachy for indoor-outdoor SoCal living at its best.

Amazing Experience!

My family and I had the best month long stay here! The owner is incredibly sweet and helpful and was great with communication! The house was clean, modern, peaceful, safe, and prepped for us when we arrived to instantly make it feel like home. My wife, kids, and I would walk every morning to amazing coffee and breakfast spots and end every night with a glass of wine by the fire on the gorgeous roof top deck. If you have been looking for the best rental in Santa Monica you just found it!

Beach Volleyball Family Trip

The host was very easy to communicate with and gave very detailed instructions on how to access the property. We stayed for a month while our daughter was playing in beach volleyball tournaments throughout SoCal. It took us 7-10 minutes to get to the pier. The location was very central to a lot of things and right next to a lovely park that even our older teens enjoyed. The host gave wonderful recommendations for places to dine and shop which was very helpful. The roof top was a huge bonus as our whole family enjoyed playing ping pong, corn hole, and lounging in the hammock. The kitchen had everything you’d need to cook meals. The rooms and master bathroom were more spacious than we expected, and it was nice to have a large shower and soaking tub. I was a little worried about it being right by the Santa Monica airport, but it was very quiet and the kids loved watching the planes arriving and departing from the rooftop. The home is very nice and modern with large windows to let in a lot of light. Overall, we were very happy with the host and their property and would stay there again.

My husband, 13-year-old son, small dog and I live in Santa Monica and spend summers in our second home in Vermont (which we also lost on VRBO when we are not using it). We own a coffee shop in Santa Monica and love our new home which we recently purchased. We moved to this neighborhood so that our son could have more independence because it is such a safe and family friendly area, the park is amazing and in the heart of so many cute shops and restaurants. Not to mention that great beach access is less than 2 miles away.

Why they chose this property

A very unique architectural modern townhome, with only one shared wall and private outdoor space makes this feel like a single-family home. South facing, away from the street makes this home quiet, filled with ocean breezes and light while still being right in the heart of the cute commercial area and steps from amazing Clover Park. Our roof deck is enormous and almost the same size as the unit itself providing indoor outdoor living at its best.
