Nice modern villa, well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and fast internet. The covered patio and pool were also very nice. The rooms were smaller than other places we stayed and only queen size beds. No AC in the living room/ kitchen area, a little warm but it was not too bad. Limited seating inside with just a small couch and chairs so might be a challenge for bigger group. Overall we had a great stay, and bonus was free chairs at WAi beach club if you buy drinks or food. Magali was great to communicate with and quick to respond.

Bra boende, med närheten till stranden. Har inget att anmärka på gällande boendet eller värden. Hon var snabb på att svara på frågorna vi hade. Läget är jättebra, tryggt och säkert. Även att det fanns tvättmaskin vilket inte framgick i annonsen. Skulle kunna tänka mig att bo där igen.

L’hote n’était pas au courant de notre arrivée. La villa étais encore occupé par l’ancien locataire. Nous avons perdu presque 2 jours de location à ce promener entre un hôtel et notre villa. Beaucoup de stress et de temps perdu. La piscine sale, la pelouse très longue, le BBQ désuet et une air climatisé défectueuse. C’est la première fois que je louais une villa avec VRBO et peut être la dernière fois.

Le voyageur omet de preciser que 1/ le probleme a ete du au depart au un rejet de son paiement et ensuite la non reception de mon cote de la confirmation de reservation et le " litige" portait sur 1 seule nuit 2/ malgre cela et en moins d 1 heure je les ai installe a mes frais dans un hotel : 3 chambres individuelles - standing superieiur a la villa prevue je leur ai mis a disposition un appartement pour qu ils puissent deposer leurs courses et partager leur repas ensemble `a quelques pas de l hotel 3/ il parle de 2j quand il s agit de 24h 4/ effectivement le jardin a ete fait pendant leur sejour , suite a un arret maladie du jardinier 5/le client a signale mais n a pas voulu que j intervienne sur la clim dans 1 des 3 chambres ...pourquoi se plaindre alors ? 6/le voyageur a demande `a ce que je paie en plus un de leur repas pour " dedommagement" ceci etant presente comme une condition a un bon commentaire Dans un monde ou rien n est parfait j ai fait preuve de reactivite , sincerite et efficacite , il ne semble pas donne `a tout le monde de pouvoir l apprecier!
