Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
HORRIBLE. The room was NOT AVAILABLE and the host only replied when I contacted customer service. Although customer service assisted with finding a hotel room, it was not in my preferred area and I lost a night. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOST!!!!
