The Non smoking apartment with underfloor heating has a size of about 61 square meters and is equipped with up to 4 people assignable. The bright apartment has an upstream entrance hall, a separate cloakroom as extra storage space, a comfortable living area with kitchen and a dining area, two fashionable bedrooms and a bathroom with window. The living area offers a comfortable seating area. You also get from the living room to the furnished balcony. The technical facilities include a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray / DVD player with a small DVD selection, a radio with CD player and free Wi-Fi access. The fully equipped kitchenette offers among others an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and extensive kitchen inventory. The master bedroom has a large double bed with bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe with mirror and blackout pleated blinds for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom, also with blackout curtains, is equipped with two single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe with mirror, and with an additional flat-screen TV. The daylight bath awaits you with a shower, vanity, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer and toilet.
For our younger guests we like to provide on request prepared a cot and a highchair.

Our quiet house with the apartment "Bella" was rebuilt in 2016th It is located in a beautiful 3-room apartment with separate entrance. A parking space for your car is available. Our beautiful and modern 3-room apartment "Bella" is the first Floor of the house and has a balcony, from which you can use the morning sun for breakfast and energy for a great beach or eventful day out.

Super Lage, vor allem auch mit Hund. Direkt am Wald und dennoch in 10 min zu Fuß am Strand. FeWo war wie beschrieben und sauber. Check In war sehr einfach und der Empfang sehr freundlich.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, ansprechend eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Bad sehr geräumig, sehr angenehm. Lage sehr ruhig aber Zentrum und Strand sind mit Fahrrad in 10 Minuten oder zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen, gerne wieder.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Vielen Dank für die tollen 3 Tage in Ihrem Objekt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich vom Vermieter in Empfang genommen und betreut von der Anreise bis zur Abreise . Die FeWo ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine sehr schöne Lage wenn man entspannen möchte. 15-20 min zu Fuß durch ein Waldstück und schon erreicht man die Ostsee oder aber man läuft zum kleinen Bahnhof und fährt mit der Bimmelbahn :) Rundum ein super Urlaub wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Urlaub mit Hund,

Wir wollten unseren Hund mit in den Urlaub nehmen und haben uns unter anderem deshalb für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden. Die bereits vorhandenen Bewertungen haben für sich gesprochen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der Vermieter setzte sich bereits im Vorfeld mit uns in Verbindung, damit am Anreisetag alles klappt. Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits in ruhiger Lage aber innerhalb weniger Minuten sind Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Auch die Seebrücke mit Strandpromenade und Einkaufsstraße sind leicht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr einladend und elegant gestaltet. Alles was für uns nötig gewesen ist, war vorhanden. Das WLAN funktioniert super, was gerade an Regentagen für den einen oder anderen nicht ganz unwichtig ist. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung für sich in Beschlag genommen, was nicht selbstverständlich bei ihm ist. Das gewohnte abendliche Spielen mit dem Ball war in dem großen Flur kein Problem, was ihm die Umgewöhnung erleichtert hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Ferienwohnung mieten.

Sehr schöne FeWo, durch den Wald ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand oder an der Seebrücke. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schöne neue Wohnung am Waldrand

Die Wohnung ist brandneu, liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand und ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. (Herd Backofen, Mikro, 2 Fernseher, Balkon usw.) 2 Schlafzimmer wir haben nur 1 Zimmer benötigt. Liegt absolut ruhig am Waldrand und in 10 Minuten ist man per pedes am Kleinbahnhof weitere 10 Min. bis Zentrum Binz. Msn kann auch komplett per pedes bis ins Zentrum ca 30 Min. Nicht zuletzt ein sehr netter Vermieter also insgesamt top.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie hatte alles was man benötigt. Die Fußbodenheizung war angenehm bei dem sehr kalten Wetter. Bad und Küche sind topp ausgestattet. Aus den Fenstern hatten wir einen schönen Blick in den Wald. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel 2017/2018 in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft tip-top aufgeräumt und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist freundlich und zweckmässig, kein überflüssiger Schnickschnack. Statt des Radio/CD Players würde ich einen DVD/BlueRay Player bevorzugen. Im Küchenbereich fehlte uns lediglich eine Auflauf-Form, und die Messer könnten schärfer sein -- Kleinigkeiten... Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht.

Modern und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Ruhige Lage vor der Binzer Strandpromenade, welche aber in etwa 15 Min. auch fußläufig gut erreichbar ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, auch wenn es leider nur 4 Tage waren, die waren aber Spitze.
