Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do all dishes and stack them in the drying rack.
Please throw all used towels in the bathtub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking inside will result in the cancellation of your reservation and a $300 cleaning fee. You may smoke on the patio.
Quiet hours are between 1000PM-600AM. Guests' conversations, TV volume and other guest activity must be kept at a low volume to no disrupt others.
Visitors are allowed between the hours of 6am-10pm. Visitors who remain after10:15PM will be charged $50 per person.

Was a nice property. The little time i was there was good not did not like that being accused of having cannabis in there when i didnt. I even clean up and wiped all areas i was in and used.

Clean and very comfortable. Absolutely most comfortable mattress and pillows EVER! Only downside was not having a phone number to call local human when the door keypad failed to open when we got back from breakfast. Another tenant provided the number, so got back in after a half-hour.

In the heart of Anchorage

Very responsive host!!! I received a text and a phone call moments after I messaged the host. No issues! Nice spacious apartment I appreciate the nice kitchen, laundry and a comfortable place to stay. I felt safe and Walmart was a few blocks away. I’d stay again in a heartbeat

It was clean a tidy, overall a great experience, but it snowed and the driveway was not cleaned out ,my wife is handicapped, only complaint and they can't control the weather.. overall great people and place

Location was great

This is an apartment so you heard the surrounding neighborhoods easily. Had an issues with tv remote. Luckily i had an app that worked. Parking was an issue.

Excellent location in Anchorage

We arrived in a snowstorm to find our path to the door and the steps to the door freshly cleared. We left four days later with the help of the landlord scrapping a heavy layer of ice and snow from all the car windows. The unit is fresh and clean from paint on the walls to flooring to furniture to bed linens. Minimal traffic noise but located between two of Anchorage’s arterial roads so it was easy to get around the area. We are an older couple and appreciated that the designated apartment parking space was within ten steps of the front door, which had a table next to the keypad entry to set down packages while unlocking the door.

LOCATION IS GREAT

We enjoyed our stay; however, the kitchen could use more pots & pans. The teflon was peeling and that is not good health wise. I purchased my own pan to cook with. A toaster and an actual coffee pot would be nice (there was a Keurig). Baking pyrex dishes would be nice as well and mixing bowls and a strainer. The cupboards were not very clean, a bag of rice from a previous stay was spilled over. I cleaned this and wiped it out. A couple of laundry detergent pods would have been nice. The floor where the TV was located had not been swept, there were actually dirty socks on the floor and the TV was difficult to figure out. Perhaps user instructions would be helpful, apparently the roku was unplugged. It was hit & miss hearing back from Corbin. We did enjoy our stay and loved the location of the facility. WalMart was a convenient walk. The price was great for our budget. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Overall space was great. However, there were a few things that could be better. There were only two pillows in the whole place and both were very low quality. They also only had one set of towels. I would have liked the place more it was more accommodation on that end

We were able to book easily online. Very quick response from our host. Especially with short notice. Apartment is in a perfect location, very clean, comfortable and easy transportation available. Will stay here again and definitely recommend!

Decent for the money

While this wasn't the cleanest place I've stayed at, the bed was nice and clean and it was adequate. Location is excellent, near downtown and Walmart. Check-in was easy and host was great to work with. There is no air conditioning and only one window opens, so that made it a little stuffy on a warm day.

The property was clean and everything I used worked although the place was pretty warm on arrival and there is NO AC or it didn't work. It would seem unusual to have AC but the fan cooled everything down nicely.
