The host was wonderful and friendly. The room itself was beautiful clean and tidy. Some small amount of clutter on the front deck was the only turnoff. Anchorage is very expensive and this was closer to our budget. I would stay here again.

About the host
Hosted by Josi Schultz
I have been living in Alaska for 10 years now, I moved up from Wisconsin and fell in love with everything Alaska. Every time of the year you can get out and adventure, the scenery never gets old. I love to be outside and take advantage of all the things Alaska offers, mountain biking, rafting, hiking, fat tire biking, etc.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is in such a great location to get anywhere, on the south-side of Downtown it is quiet but really easy to get around from.
