Our stay here was excellent! We are glad we spent two nights here, especially since it rained a lot the first day, which meant we had a good spot to hang out. It was very clean and comfortable, and in a convenient location to what we wanted to do in Anchorage. Great price! Communication with the host was excellent.

The property worked fine for us and was much less expensive than the outrageously high summer hotel prices near downtown. There are some restaurants and an occasional farmer's market nearby. Be forewarned that the building can be quite warm in summer, likely due to laundry facilities downstairs, and the apartment does not have air conditioning. A little spare, but the couch, bed and chair were quite comfy and we appreciated the building security.

This was cute and clean with easy access to midtown, grocery stores, and several good restaurants. Neighborhood looks sketchy but was in fact safe and quiet

Pros: clean, cozy little apartment Great for a quick 1 night stay. We stayed 2 nights. Great communication with host. Cons: hallway and staircase temp was really hot and smelled like weed. Bought a few items from Costco and they were stolen from the back of my truck on the 2nd night: 24pk yogurt, bananas, eggs, cheese, ziplock bags, and 2 rolls of paper towel. We keep our truck locked so nothing was stolen thank goodness. Host said there are no cameras where we parked (parallel to the building) so no way seeing who the sticky finger culprit is. I wouldn't stay again but it was a cute apartment
