Our property is located on the south side of Anchorage, mid-Hillside. The apartment is located on the second floor of our detached garage, with a private, secure entrance. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 sofa queen pullout, and everything you need for your getaway. This quiet area has beautiful views and lots of wildlife viewing.

Changed my ticket just to stay here

I always have my truck full to the brim of equipment and expensive gear. This property is in a higher end off the beaten path neighborhood that is quiet and safe. On top of that the property is great and very clean.

This is a really cute rental, great location in the Hillside area of Anchorage. The property is beautiful and very clean. This would be perfect for 2 people, a little small for 3.

Light and Refreshing

We were SO happy with the cleanliness and the brightness of this rental. It was in a peaceful and spacious neighborhood. We didn’t hear or see any neighbors. The rental had everything we needed and the instructions for our stay were very clear. Everything felt brand new.

The apartment was pristine and had everything we needed. But the best thing was the MOOSE who came to visit in the backyard on our first night. Highly recommend!

Anchorage Dream

The apartment was amazing! It was clean, well planned out, and very comfotable. We enjoyed being in a neighborhood, away from the city, yet it was easy to get to town to sightsee. Lindsey was an excellent host and very accomodating. I would recommend this home.

Great garage apartment

The tv internet was buffering most of the time. Would freeze and stay like that until I turned off tv. Had to reset internet a couple of times and reset router once. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

Perfect as our base for Anchorage, Girdwood, and Portage area activities. In a lovely convenient wooded neighborhood and just as advertised on VRBO. The stairs up to it are longer and steeper so a guest must be able to negotiate them. We are a mid 70’s couple and it was a bit challenging for me but no problem for my husband.
