The Space:

A fully equipped kitchenette includes a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware, allowing guests to prepare simple meals or enjoy morning coffee before exploring the city.



The private bathroom is newly renovated with tile finishes, black matte fixtures, and a combination tub and shower.



Thoughtfully designed with neutral tones, warm wood flooring, and modern lighting, the space provides a quiet retreat within walking distance of downtown restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the Anchorage waterfront trail.



Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, self check-in, and secure building access, making it ideal for both leisure and business stays.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the studio unit within a secure condo building. Building entry is controlled, providing an added level of security during your stay. The unit itself offers self-guided access for a smooth and convenient check-in experience.



A dedicated washer and dryer are located on the first floor of the building and are available for guest use for a fee. Guests will have access to all living areas within the unit. Any locked storage or utility spaces are reserved for owner or management use.



This setup ensures a secure, comfortable, and hassle-free stay from arrival to departure.

Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is approximately 10 minutes away by car, and there is easy access to major routes connecting to Girdwood, Seward, and the Mat-Su Valley for day trips and excursions.

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold(not for Airbnb) for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
