This quaint little place above a garage was perfect for our needs. Be advised you do have to climb stairs immediately upon entering. It’s clean, the bed is comfy and plush bath towels made for a welcome restful night upon our return each day from hiking the beautiful mountains around Anchorage. Convenient to a grocery store (about .75 miles away) and the airport (about 4-5 miles) and various hiking 20ish minutes. If you swim, there’s Campbell Lake about 1-1/5 miles away to the public access. Our host was very responsive when I contacted her. On the weekends, you can hear cars racing on the road —it might’ve been teens as it was 4th of July…but otherwise we never heard a sound. We’d choose this place on our next visit.

Neighbor friendly in Anchorage

This place was convenient to restaurants shopping business centers. It was in a neighbor friendly area very low-key. Everything worked fine. The washer dryer was a plus would rent it again. Great for one person.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay while exploring Alaska. Kind hosts and cute details. A plus having a washer and dryer. Perfect for a couple.

Everything with this rental went smoothly. It is a simple place but great efforts have been made to make it nice. The bed is comfortable and shower great. The neighborhood is quiet.
