From the entrance, the stay is imposed by its brightness and its opening on the sea. A leather sofa structure living area with large screen TV, completed by a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen, independent and equipped, extends the living room. It offers access to a glassware set up in breakfast or relaxation space, opening itself to the private garden. It is carefully arranged and includes a swimming pool, deckchairs, a garden furniture and a table for meals in the shade of palm trees. From the main terrace, adjoining the living room, a staircase leads to an exceptional rooftop. This dominant area, with panoramic views of the sea, the Lérins islands and the Cannoese rooftops, is furnished with an outdoor living room, sunbathing and a bed for rest.
