This peaceful little house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
Has 3 bedrooms with bed 140, one on the ground floor the other two on the ground floor + 1 (mezzanine)
The house is fully air-conditioned.
- kitchen: fully equipped dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, citrus juicer....
- bathroom separate toilet with washing machine.
- veranda: dining table 6 seats electric barbecue.
Also has a garden of 50 m2 deckchair, garden shed.
Access to the communal swimming pool of the residence + direct access to the beach.
Other note:
Cleaning not included. The accommodation must be clean on the day of departure.
Option 150€ per stay extra.
1 free parking space + public parking 400 m.
