Ideally located in a verdant and serene setting between Nice and Monaco, you can enjoy the beach or casino 400 m away, the train station and shops 7 minutes on foot, and the bakery 3 minutes away.



With a surface area of 19 m2, this air-conditioned studio comprises a genuine kitchen space, a living room, a bedroom, and a dining area.

The large balcony features an awning and a dining area.



Small tip: take advantage of the train to return to Nice or Monaco in just 10 minutes. Extend your trip to taste pasta in Italy (40 min).

Take a morning walk along the sea between Beaulieu and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and discover the former presidential summer villa with its natural swimming pool.
