Beautiful home in Stobrec with sauna

The luxurious villa is located in the small village of Stobre, near Split. Bright and modern interiors offer a pleasant stay on three floors. On the ground floor is the living area with access to the terrace and outdoor area where you will find a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gazebo with barbecue and a basement with garage (two parking spaces), plenty of space for fun, fitness and relaxation. The path to the beach is gently sloping. In consultation with the owner it is possible to rent bicycles, cars and boats as well as arrange transfers to the airport. The property with video surveillance as well as the house and each room can be entered with a card key. Visit the nearby city of Split and the fascinating Diocletian's Palace and enjoy an unmistakable Mediterranean flair. In the gallery on the upper floor of the house there is a multifunctional entertainment room with PS4 and XBox.
