Zero Transparency
We were very disappointed with our stay in your unit. First of all, there is zero transparency in dealing with Roni Perez. The pictures listed on VRBO are NOT the unit we ended up getting, The pictures show a ocean side view, we got mountain side view. We received absolutely no information about the room, unit, tower, etc until one day before check-in. This is complete and utter false advertising and perhaps BBB should be alerted. Let me make a few corrections to your listing: It is NOT a 2 min. walk to the beach, more like 2 blocks to the beach. Roni Perez is very secretive about giving any information out until one day prior to your visit. The unit is VERY outdated, the slider door between living room and bedroom is off the ceiling track and just leaning against the wall. The dining table is wobbly-we used a folded pamphlet to level it. The Murphy bed was SO uncomfortable and squeaky, that you woke everyone up just rolling over. And finally, there was just no communication from R. Perez prior to, or after our stay to inquire about our needs, or just to offer good customer support. Renters beware, we will NEVER go through this person again.

The property was nice. Check in was difficult. We weren’t contacted before hand of how or where to check in at. It took many phone calls to the after hour number for us to get our check in info. After that there were no problems.

Stay near waikiki
This property is in the perfect location, just a couple of blocks from waikiki Beach, shops and restaurants. The unit has great city and mountain views, and is quiet. The only noise was police and fire sirens at all times of the day, if you have the windows and door open, especially at night. The unit is on the 27th floor, and was easy to get to and from the parking garage that is located on site on lowest level. Parking was included, which was great, given that most if not all establishments charge for parking. It was a total of five in our party, and the unit had a king, a queen bed and a sofa. The listing says it sleeps 6, So unless you have small children, it will be fine to sleep 3 in each bed, otherwise, you will have to use sofa as a bed, and its not so comfortable to use as bed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, and bathroom was ok. The toilet/shower is separated by a pocket door, which is good if you need to get ready using the sink/mirror, while someone else showers. Overall, the stay at this unit was great, which includes an air conditioner that kept the space cool. The only negative, was the checking in process. The check in office closes at 4pm local time. The listing didn't explain which floor the office was on. We had to go to front desk and get clarification. The office is located on the 4th floor. We had to call an emergency number on a flyer hanging outside the office to get our room number and door code. So after you book and before you arrive at the building, get clarification from listing agent, where the unit is and what the door code is because no one will be able to help at the office if arriving after 4pm. Would stay again, and recommend to friends and family.
