This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage (135m²) is located near the sparkling white sandy beach of Barefoot Beach. Barefoot Beach was recently voted the second best beach in the United States.

The 'Boat House' is tastefully decorated in water tone colors. Its warm inviting ambience conveys a light and carefree attitude to life under the motto: Sea, Salt and Sand (sea, salt and sand). Special comfort is offered by a beautiful PRIVATE saltwater pool (southern exposure) a quiet garden behind the house and a modern open plan kitchen with high-end appliances in stainless steel & marble countertop.

A flat-screen TV, a radio and sound system and high-speed Internet throughout the house complete the offer. On the sundeck surrounded by palm trees you will find cozy lounge chairs and a teak dining table with chairs and a charcoal Weber grill.

A short walk will take you to a variety of restaurants. In addition to many small shops you will find in the vicinity also a large supermarket for your purchases. This holiday home offers everything you need during your holiday in the immediate vicinity.

A walk through the area of Bonita Shores gives an exotic feeling of life. In a few minutes you can also reach Doc's Beach House. This beach bar invites you for a cold drink and a tasty snack. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in an idyllic atmosphere surrounded by palm trees and the beach.

Are you traveling with small children? Our cottage is very family friendly. You will find z. Two high chairs, a manoeuvrable stroller, a cot, some books and toys and a lot of sand toys for the beach.

Beautiful cottage Bonita Beach

We (family of four) have had great time in the Beautiful cottage in Bonita Beach. Everthing was in best order and especilly the comunication with the host was very helpful and responsive. If you are looking for wonderfull cottage I can highly recommend this one. We would definately stay again

Great setup for a family

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped with just about everything we needed. It was especially accommodating to our infant, which made our experience even better. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Great Bonita Springs house rental

The house was clean, well equipped, fairly spacious. The pool was great, especially with the water heater. Nice outdoor living area. The host was very responsive, although we didn’t have much in the way of needs. The property is well located, near: Publix, Fresh Market, Walgreens, the Royal Scoop and a number of restaurants, Bonita Beach Park and Barefoot Beach Preserve. Would highly recommend!

Great Getaway Week

My Wife and I enjoyed this property as part of a mini Vacation retreat to warm weather. The venue was just what we were looking for. Property and amenities were perfect for our stay, with the pool (which was pre-warmed for us by the host), which we enjoyed immediately upon arrival. The property was located in very quiet residential area, which was amiable for long safe walks. It also was centrally located around many quality restaurants, shops, supply stores, and a short distance to the beach. Communication was very easy with the host, and we stayed with confidence that if we had any issues they would be addressed. Highly recommend and would stay again!

AMAZING STAY

We had a wonderful stay. Our few questions we had were answered promptly by the very friendly host. Pool is awesome, it provides full privacy. (facing South) Kitchen has everything (and more) than you need. Mattress in master bedroom is very comfy, I had a great night sleep. Quiet neighborhood and much closer to the beach than expected. Hope this helps others travelers who are planning a trip to Bonita.... PS: We especially liked a cute coffee shop in Downtown Bonita Springs, called 'Downtown Cafe and Wine' and the Everglades Wondergardens...

Serendipity was on our side finding this amazing house! We road-tripped from Michigan with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old, excited to introduce them both to the ocean for the first time. The accomodations were perfect for our little family. The crib was exactly what we needed for our youngest and our oldest loved having a large bed to herself. The house was decorated beautifully and had many amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable (including a french press that I literally jumped for joy over when I discovered it, seeing as packing my own seemed a little extra 🤣). Very clean and organized, with anything you would need to visit the beach. The pool was perfection and we spent most of our days in it with the kids. We didn't even have to use the heater, the sun warmed it right up! We look forward to visiting again as soon as we can. Wonderful experience and exceptional hosts.

This was my first time renting a private home for our vacation stay, so I had lots of questions! Mrs. Marion made herself available to answer each and every one! She even offered to drive over and let me in herself when I 🤓 couldn’t get the key out of the lockbox. Everything we needed during our stay was there! This home lacked absolutely nothing! When we did have to go for groceries, etc., we drove 9 minutes to Publix, which had a WalMart directly across the street and a Walgreens just around the corner. It was quite charming, very clean, comfortable and very relaxing! The neighborhood was very quiet and kid friendly! My sweet grand babies wanted to stay forever!!! My family will definitely book this home over and over again!!!
