La Colline by Pinarello Villa Services

This villa is ideally located on the hillside on a 9000 m2 plot by the sea. Its location allows it to enjoy an exceptional panoramic view facing the sea.



A magnificent rocky cove is located at the foot of the property, with only the coastal road to cross, to put on flippers, mask and snorkel, to set off and discover the local underwater fauna and flora. The spot is also renowned for underwater fishing or line fishing from the shore.



The villa is located 350 m south of the village of Tarco and its very beautiful fine sand beach, with crystal-clear water. A pavement along the road or on-site parking allows you to reach the beach on foot or by car.



Arranged over 2 levels, this villa is perfectly suited for 2 families or 5 couples.



The main house of 115 m² facing the sea is fully air-conditioned, it includes an open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room and dining room.



The master suite is exceptional with a panoramic sea view on 3 sides. The starry sky in optical fibres on the ceiling will give you the illusion of sleeping outdoors under a starry sky. Its adjoining bathroom has double washbasins, a bathtub, an Italian shower and a separate toilet.

A 2nd bedroom with sea view and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds share a bathroom and an independent toilet.

An independent 35 m2 wooden house is located downhill. It includes 2 bedrooms with sea view, a shower room with toilet. Everything is air-conditioned. This ensemble is never rented separately from the main house.



With this breathtaking view, the other highlight of the villa is its exceptional 280 m2 IPE terrace, where you can lounge while overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. A heated 7m * 3m pool gives the illusion of swimming in the open sea. A jacuzzi advantageously completes all the equipment on this terrace.



All outdoor furniture is made of wood with 4 sun loungers near the pool, 4 teak loungers, a coffee table set with armchairs for aperitifs and 2 teak tables with chairs for meals.



An outdoor shower and a plancha are as useful as they are pleasant, and a ping pong table will lead to lively games for both young and old.



A shelter allows parking for 2 vehicles in addition to the large outdoor car park.

It was a very beautiful and surprising holidays

The very beautiful house fulfilled all our expectations. The property has a superb location and all the luxury you could wish for. The terras is a dream to sit there. You can either sit in the open air and when it rains there is a section under roof. The view remains always wonderful. The interior is also very nice and functional. Certainly the master bedroom with starry and accompanying bathroom is exceptional. The communication with the owner went very well. Mr. Galle is a very correct and friendly person. He has even contacted us at the end of our trip to sound out our holiday. We greatly appreciated that. We can highly recommend this location. Kris and Suzy

Wenn man mit mehr als 6 Personen anreist, muss man wissen, dass die zweite Unterbringung nicht in der tollen Villa ist, sondern sich unter der Terrasse in einem wesentlich schlichteren "Holz-Bungalow"befindet. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich ausdrücklich auf diese zweite Behausung, die Villa verdient definitiv 5 Sterne. Aber da wir neun Personen waren und daher in dem Bungalow nächtigen mussten kann ich leider nicht diese Bewertung vergeben.Alles andere war wie beschrieben und in einem TOP Zustand.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacance de rêve dans cette magnifique villa.La vue est spendide et nous en avons pris plein les yeux !!!Nous avons bien profiter des extérieurs (piscine ,jacuzzi, table de ping pong ,plancha)face à la mer ...Une chose est sûre cest que nous ne sommes pas prets doublier ces vacances magiques .

Une propriété avec une vue incroyable qui tient toutes ses promesses

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans ce superbe endroit. il était même difficile de bouger tant on s’y sentait bien. La vue est à couper le souffle et on oublie très vite le léger bruit de la route en contrebas. La maison se situe dans une zone au nord de Porto Vecchio plus calme avec des superbes plages moins bondées. C’est aussi un point de départ facile pour faire des excusions dans la montagne. Nos enfants ados ont apprécié les chambres séparées sous la terrasse et bien sûr les parents ont adoré la master bedroom récemment rénovée. L’accueil était parfait avec mention spéciale au propriétaire qui a gentiment pris contact avec moi pour savoir si tout allait bien et nous donner des conseils sur des restaurants. Nous avons eu un petit soucis avec l’arrivée d’eau capricieuse de la machine à laver la vaisselle avec une intervention rapide de l’agence. Tout celà nous a donné envie de rester plus longtemps… ou de revenir!

Pour une fois que l'annonce correspond à la réalité !! La vue est à couper le souffle et ne laisse personne indifférente. Que ce soit sur la terrasse ou depuis les chambres ou le jacuzzi ou la piscine, la vue sur mer à 180° sans aucun vis à vis est un spectacle permanent. La propriété est entretenue, propre, rénovée régulièrement, et très bien équipée à tous niveaux (machines, facilités extérieures, ...). Chambres, sanitaires, pièces de vie sont propres et en bon état, la literie est récente, ... Accueil très chaleureux sur place et pendant le séjour. A refaire sans hésitation, petit (10 ans) et grands (15 et 18) étaient ravis. Merci pour tout.

Séjour inoubliable

Notre séjour en famille à la maison Conca fut tout simplement magnifique. L’emplacement , la vue à 180°, le calme, tout était au rendez-vous pour passer de superbes vacances. Le propriétaire nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les lieux a visiter aux alentours, mais nous étions tellement bien dans cette villa que nous n’avons pas tout fait… une prochaine fois peut être. C’est un endroit où l’on déconnecte totalement et le fait que le réseau téléphonique soit restreint est presque un plus ! Nous avons apprécié le changement de mobilier, qui rend le logement plus moderne tout en gardant la chaleur d’une demeure familiale . Le seul petit point négatif sera en ce qui concerne la literie dans la chambre double du chalet qui serait à revoir…et ça sera le seul. Bonnes vacances aux prochains chanceux qui pourront profiter de cet endroit de rêve !
