Great place for teens!

What an amazing place for a group of teens to spend spring break. Lots or rooms and beds and the game room was perfect. TV's and gaming consoles made for great downtime activities.

Fantastic family friendly home

Although 420 friendly, the home was super family friendly. The game room got the most use in our stay. Although things don’t work perfectly they work great to keep the kids entertained for hours. We stayed over Easter weekend and the yard was perfect for an Easter egg hunt and some outdoor family fun. The property manager stayed in contact and was very attentive with any questions or concerns we had. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again.

This place was great, the house was very clean and tidy, Shaq was a great host as well ready to answer any questions when needed and even checked in to see how the stay was going I’d come back and rebook with Kush! It’s great for big groups. The only small complaint I would say is I thought there would be more beds we had 14 it said it slept 16 you will need to double up 14 was the max I would say could sleep there that is with doubling up also but overall and excellent stay very very clean place.

Very user friendly and welcoming if you are one looking for the ultimate kick back and enjoy all your favorite at home vices. If your not binge watching your favorite show, or watching the latest HBO Max movie in the giant movie theater room, you will certainly be getting them dubs on the sticks in the game room and finishing the night of winning off with a soak in the hot tub. It’s an adult playground with all the toys at your fingertips to enjoy the mile high in entertainment man cave heaven!! Check this place out for sure!!!

Overrated dump

This place is nothing but an old pot smoking party pad. Pictures are all taken in .5. The house is much much smaller than appears. Old musky smelling frat house vibe. Weird layout and will certainly not accommodate the people as listed. 2 tiny bathrooms and a half bath. Location is good, price for what you get is incredibly over inflated. Renter laughing all the way to the bank when they get a booking here. Bookers beware. Unless you want a pot house pad for the night to trash. Not suitable for anything else.
